【摘要】：現(xiàn)代郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)誕生于20世紀(jì)60年代,經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)非常成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)。中國(guó)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起步于70年代,至今已經(jīng)走過(guò)了40個(gè)年頭。中國(guó)發(fā)展郵輪旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)促進(jìn)自身旅游業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。天津國(guó)際郵輪母港是天津發(fā)展郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,郵輪港口企業(yè)的發(fā)展水平?jīng)Q定了這個(gè)地區(qū)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)以及相關(guān)聯(lián)的其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。 本文對(duì)世界郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行回顧,并對(duì)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展做出初步判斷。結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,特別是國(guó)內(nèi)主要郵輪港口的發(fā)展情況,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)天津郵輪碼頭運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在的制約長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行剖析。郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展因其涉及因素廣泛,相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)眾多,對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期以傳統(tǒng)碼頭經(jīng)營(yíng)思路來(lái)運(yùn)作的企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),并不容易做出轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,本文作者僅以宏觀的角度提出了可供天津郵輪碼頭企業(yè)在今后的發(fā)展過(guò)程中深入進(jìn)行探討的建議,為企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。 本文主要分為三個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容： 第一部分主要對(duì)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展里程進(jìn)行回顧。從宏觀的角度上介紹了郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展背景、郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展構(gòu)成以及國(guó)際郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 第二部分主要對(duì)我國(guó)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,并對(duì)比介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)主要郵輪碼頭的情況,從天津郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的起步、天津郵輪港口的發(fā)展情況以及存在的問(wèn)題三個(gè)方面來(lái)介紹天津郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的情況。 第三部分針對(duì)天津郵輪母港目前的運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀以及經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的制定中所存在的問(wèn)題,提出企業(yè)必須以高起點(diǎn)、高水平為原則來(lái)制定自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略決策的觀點(diǎn),并且提出具體建議。
[Abstract]:The modern cruise industry was born in the 1960s. After decades of development, it has become a very mature industry. The development of China's cruise industry started in the 1970 s and has been through 40 years. The development of cruise tourism economy in China is of strategic significance to promote the growth of tourism and related industries. Tianjin International Cruise Port is the core of Tianjin's development of cruise industry economy. The development level of cruise port enterprises determines the development level of cruise industry and other related industries in this area. This paper reviews the history and present situation of the world cruise economy, and makes a preliminary judgment on the future development of the cruise industry. Combined with the present situation of domestic cruise industry in China, especially the development of main domestic cruise ports, this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the long-term development of Tianjin cruise terminal operation enterprises. The development of cruise industry because of its wide range of factors, related industries, for a long time to the traditional wharf operation of enterprises, it is not easy to make changes. Therefore, the author only puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Tianjin cruise wharf enterprises from a macro point of view, and provides a reference for the sustainable development of the enterprises. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part reviews the development of cruise industry. This paper introduces the background of the development of the cruise industry, the composition of the development of the cruise industry and the present situation of the development of the international cruise industry from a macro point of view. The second part mainly introduces the development of the cruise industry in China in detail, and compares the situation of the main cruise terminals in China, starting from the start of the cruise industry in Tianjin. The development and existing problems of Tianjin cruise port are introduced in this paper. In the third part, according to the current operating situation of Tianjin cruise port and the problems existing in the formulation of the management strategy, the author points out that the enterprise must make its own strategic decision with the principle of high starting point and high level. And put forward concrete suggestion.
