【摘要】:A招標代理企業(yè)(以下簡稱為目標企業(yè))作為我國最早從事民航設備國際招標業(yè)務的企業(yè)之一,在以前的歷程中一直能夠穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,尤其在民航招標采購領(lǐng)域業(yè)績顯著,始終處于領(lǐng)先地位。 隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,招標代理企業(yè)日益增多,目標企業(yè)也面臨著生存與發(fā)展的壓力,既要考慮鞏固既有地位,又需要努力拓展新領(lǐng)域,希望進行多元化發(fā)展。面對這種情況,本論文通過分析為目標企業(yè)制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本論文通過對目標企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行分析,應用波特五力分析方法、SWOT分析方法和實際案例分析總結(jié)出目標企業(yè)的綜合狀況,研究目標企業(yè)面對的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅,明確目標企業(yè)自身的競爭能力。以此為基礎(chǔ),進一步制定適宜目標企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并對目標企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的可行性進行了論證,希望通過一系列研究分析得出的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對于目標企業(yè)的當前及未來的發(fā)展具有參考價值。 論文提出目標企業(yè)的發(fā)展必須從傳統(tǒng)強項做起,將保持強項作為發(fā)展的重心,同時爭取在盡可能短的時間內(nèi)補齊企業(yè)的短板。目標企業(yè)在制度管理方面需要做出調(diào)整,制度的落后會直接影響企業(yè)的發(fā)展,目標企業(yè)的制度一定要圍繞其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定,論文從目標企業(yè)的四個方面對實施措施進行分析——經(jīng)營理念制定、管理結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、風險防范體系建立和人力資源管理,希望通過各項實施措施進行管理和調(diào)控,使得目標企業(yè)在未來的發(fā)展中朝向擬定的方向前進。
[Abstract]:As one of the earliest enterprises in China engaged in the international bidding business of civil aviation equipment, A bidding agency enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the target enterprise) has been able to develop steadily in the past, especially in the field of civil aviation bidding procurement. Always in the leading position. With the rapid development of economy and the increasing number of bidding agency enterprises, the target enterprises are also facing the pressure of survival and development. Facing this kind of situation, this paper makes the development strategy for the target enterprise through the analysis. Through the analysis of the external environment and internal environment of the target enterprise, this paper summarizes the comprehensive situation of the target enterprise by using the Porter's five-force analysis method and the actual case analysis, and studies the advantages and disadvantages faced by the target enterprise. Opportunities and threats, identify the target enterprise's own competitiveness. On this basis, the development strategy of the target enterprise is further formulated, and the feasibility of the development strategy of the target enterprise is demonstrated. It is hoped that the development strategy obtained through a series of research and analysis will have reference value for the current and future development of the target enterprises. The paper puts forward that the development of the target enterprise must start from the traditional strong point, keep the strong item as the center of development, and try to make up the short board of the enterprise in the shortest possible time at the same time. The target enterprise needs to adjust in the aspect of system management. The backward system will directly affect the development of the enterprise. The system of the target enterprise must be formulated around its development strategy. The paper analyzes the implementation measures from four aspects of the target enterprise: the establishment of management concept, the adjustment of management structure, the establishment of risk prevention system and the management of human resources. So that the target enterprise in the future development towards the proposed direction forward.
