【摘要】：知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移作為知識(shí)管理活動(dòng)的重要一環(huán)，正成為組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要來(lái)源。目前，學(xué)者對(duì)于知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的研究焦點(diǎn)主要圍繞在組織知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的過程、影響因素和最佳轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)踐方面。在高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中，專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移是組織知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的一個(gè)縮影，專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的知識(shí)面臨著知識(shí)傳播、知識(shí)交流困難和知識(shí)沉淀不夠等問題，基于此，文章以專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移過程為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，，對(duì)高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，期望為以后知識(shí)管理方面的研究提供借鑒與參考。 首先，文章在廣泛查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)以及總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的定義以及知識(shí)特性，從知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移方、知識(shí)接受方以及知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移雙方互動(dòng)過程三方面對(duì)高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素進(jìn)行深入分析；其次，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)因果反饋回路的方式對(duì)各因素之間的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理，明確各因素在知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的影響方向，以此為依據(jù)構(gòu)建高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移過程的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型，利用VENSIMPLE軟件對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行仿真，并通過有效性檢驗(yàn)以及靈敏度分析對(duì)該模型的模擬效果進(jìn)行實(shí)際分析；再次，根據(jù)靈敏度分析結(jié)果可知高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)鍵性影響因素包括知識(shí)自身特性、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移方、知識(shí)接受方、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移平臺(tái)四個(gè)方面，以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并將層次分析法與灰色評(píng)價(jià)法相結(jié)合，構(gòu)建高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果多層次灰色綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。同時(shí)引入工程案例，將模型與調(diào)查問卷收集的數(shù)據(jù)相結(jié)合進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。最后，針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出改進(jìn)的建議與措施。 文章將高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)與知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移概念相結(jié)合豐富了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理的內(nèi)容，完善了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理理論。此外，文章運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論深入研究專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)在機(jī)制并采用多層次灰色評(píng)價(jià)法科學(xué)地評(píng)價(jià)專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果，有助于提高我國(guó)高速公路的整體建設(shè)水平。
[Abstract]:As an important part of knowledge management activities, knowledge transfer is becoming an important source of organizational competitive advantage. At present, scholars focus on knowledge transfer mainly in the process of organizing knowledge transfer, influencing factors and best transfer practice. In the item of highway construction, knowledge transfer of professional team is the organization of knowledge transfer. In the epitome of the shift, the knowledge of the professional team is faced with the problems of knowledge communication, knowledge exchange and lack of knowledge. Based on this, the article takes the process of knowledge transfer within the professional team as the starting point to evaluate the knowledge transfer effect of the professional team of the highway construction project, hoping for the future research on knowledge management. For reference and reference.
First, on the basis of extensively consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad and summarizing the achievements of previous studies, this paper expounds the definition and knowledge characteristics of the professional team of highway construction projects, and the transfer of knowledge transfer from three aspects of knowledge transfer, knowledge acceptor and the mutual process of knowledge transfer to the professional team of high speed highway construction projects Secondly, the relationship between the factors is combed with the system dynamics causal feedback loop, and the influence direction of each factor in the process of knowledge transfer is clearly defined. Based on this, the system dynamics model of the knowledge transfer process of the professional team of the expressway construction project is built, and the VENSIMP is used to make use of the system. LE software simulates the model, and analyzes the simulation effect of the model through effectiveness test and sensitivity analysis. Thirdly, according to the results of sensitivity analysis, the key factors affecting the knowledge transfer of professional team of expressway construction project include knowledge itself, knowledge transfer, knowledge acceptor, and knowledge. On the basis of four aspects of the knowledge transfer platform, the evaluation index system of knowledge transfer effect of the professional team of expressway construction project is constructed, and the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by combining the analytic hierarchy process with the grey evaluation method, and the engineering case is introduced to the model. Finally, according to the evaluation results, suggestions and measures for improvement are put forward.
This paper combines the professional team of highway construction project with the concept of knowledge transfer to enrich the content of construction project knowledge management and perfect the theory of construction project knowledge management. In addition, the paper uses the theory of system dynamics to deeply study the internal mechanism of knowledge transfer of professional team and appraise scientifically the multi level grey evaluation method. The knowledge transfer effect of professional teams helps to improve the overall construction level of expressways in China.
