【摘要】：四川省自1995年第一條高速公路(成渝高速)建成通車以來,到2011年底,省內(nèi)高速公里通車?yán)锍踢_(dá)到3000公里。十·二五期間,公路建設(shè)仍在緊鑼密鼓的進(jìn)行,公路通行能力的不斷增加,路網(wǎng)的密度越來越大,四川交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來了歷史性發(fā)展的重大機(jī)遇。 近年來,隨著高等級公路里程的快速增加,其管理維護(hù)水平低下、滯后已成為影響高等級公路健康快速發(fā)展的主要問題。高等級公路維護(hù)管理人才隊(duì)伍短缺與高速公路蓬勃發(fā)展出現(xiàn)難以協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的矛盾,通用能力和專業(yè)能力強(qiáng)的復(fù)合型、高級應(yīng)用型專門人才匱乏,嚴(yán)重制約著高等級公路的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。四川交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院作為四川高速公路一線營運(yùn)管理人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地,為了適應(yīng)高等級公路快速發(fā)展的需要,已將“雙能力”培養(yǎng)、訂單式培養(yǎng)模式引入高等級公路維護(hù)與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中,本文基于項(xiàng)目管理過程研究“雙能力”培養(yǎng)以及“訂單式”這一典型的、直接面向用人單位需求的校企合作、共同培養(yǎng)人才的模式,是對高等職業(yè)教育方式的探索和完善,具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義；在人才培養(yǎng)過程中,校企雙方能夠?yàn)槌霈F(xiàn)的問題提供高效的溝通渠道,具有較強(qiáng)的針對性和操作性,加快解決問題進(jìn)度。面對高速公路公司對人才需求在質(zhì)量上的不斷提升,在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上,提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,鍛造學(xué)生過硬的“雙能力”(通用能力和專業(yè)能力),是人才綜合素質(zhì)提升的必要途徑和手段,通過建立符合高職教育發(fā)展規(guī)律的,適應(yīng)交通行業(yè)、高速路公司需求、以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式,全方位開展企業(yè)、高職院合作,共同制定人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)劃,共同建立師資隊(duì)伍、共同開發(fā)專業(yè)課程、共同建立頂崗實(shí)習(xí)基地等為內(nèi)容的合作,主動發(fā)掘企業(yè)需求,主動適應(yīng)企業(yè)需要,按質(zhì)按量培養(yǎng)出崗位適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、綜合素質(zhì)高的人才資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校、企業(yè)、學(xué)生的“三贏”目標(biāo)。本文旨在把項(xiàng)目管理的五大過程運(yùn)用到人才培養(yǎng)過程中區(qū),把四川交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院高等級公路維護(hù)與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)工作作為一個項(xiàng)目來研究和探索。
[Abstract]:Since the first expressway (Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway) was built and opened in 1995, by the end of 2011, the mileage of high-speed km in Sichuan Province has reached 3000 km. During the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the highway construction is still going on intensively, the highway capacity is increasing, the density of the road network is increasing, and the development of Sichuan traffic has ushered in a great opportunity of historic development. In recent years, with the rapid increase of highway mileage, its management and maintenance level is low, lag has become a major problem affecting the healthy and rapid development of high-grade highways. There is a contradiction between the shortage of high grade highway maintenance and management personnel and the rapid development of highway, the complex type with strong general ability and professional ability, and the shortage of advanced applied specialized talents. The sustainable development of high-grade highway is seriously restricted. As an important base for the training of first-line management personnel in Sichuan Expressway, Sichuan Communication Vocational and Technical College has trained "double abilities" in order to meet the needs of the rapid development of high-grade highways. Order training mode is introduced into the training of talents of high grade highway maintenance and management. Based on the project management process, this paper studies the "double ability" training and the "order type", which is a typical school-enterprise cooperation which is directly oriented to the needs of employers. The mode of training talents together is the exploration and improvement of the way of higher vocational education, which has certain theoretical guiding significance. In the process of talent training, both schools and enterprises can provide efficient communication channels for the problems that appear. Has strong pertinence and maneuverability, speeds up the solution progress. In the face of the continuous improvement in the quality of the expressway company's demand for qualified personnel, on the basis of the existing situation, the quality of personnel training should be improved. Forging students' excellent "double abilities" (general ability and professional ability) is the necessary way and means to improve the comprehensive quality of talents. By establishing the "double abilities" that conform to the development law of higher vocational education and adapt to the needs of the transportation industry and highway companies, The employment-oriented "order-oriented" talent training model, the all-round development of enterprises, higher vocational colleges, the joint development of talent training plans, the establishment of a team of teachers, joint development of professional courses, Cooperate with each other to build up the post internship base, actively explore the needs of the enterprise, adapt to the needs of the enterprise, cultivate the talent resources with strong post adaptability and high comprehensive quality according to the quality and quantity, and realize the school and the enterprise, Students'"three wins" goal. The purpose of this paper is to apply the five major processes of project management to the area in the process of personnel training, and to study and explore the training work of high grade highway maintenance and management professionals in the Institute of continuing Education of Sichuan Communication Vocational and Technical College as a project.
