【摘要】:薪酬管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)激勵(lì)體系的核心,是企業(yè)人力資源管理工作的重要組成部分?茖W(xué)有效的薪酬體系不僅能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)節(jié)約人工成本,激發(fā)員工的工作積極性,還能幫助企業(yè)吸引、保留和激勵(lì)人才,塑造一支高效穩(wěn)定的員工團(tuán)隊(duì)。 本文以XX航運(yùn)公司為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用崗位評(píng)估、薪酬調(diào)查、薪酬診斷等工具,從現(xiàn)代薪酬管理理論入手,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,分析了XX航運(yùn)公司的薪酬體系現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,說(shuō)明了實(shí)施薪酬體系優(yōu)化的必要性和可行性,提出了薪酬體系優(yōu)化的方案、工作程序和配套措施,達(dá)到增進(jìn)該企業(yè)薪酬管理的內(nèi)部公平性和外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的目的。 希望通過(guò)本文的研究,能夠改進(jìn)XX航運(yùn)公司的薪酬管理,也能對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)其他航運(yùn)類企業(yè)的薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)和管理提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Salary management is the core of modern enterprise incentive system and an important part of enterprise human resource management. A scientific and effective salary system can not only save labor cost, stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, but also help enterprises attract, retain and motivate talents, and shape an efficient and stable workforce. This article takes XX shipping company as the research object, using the tools such as job evaluation, salary survey, compensation diagnosis and so on, starting with the modern salary management theory, combining theory with practice, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of XX shipping company's salary system. This paper explains the necessity and feasibility of implementing the optimization of the compensation system, and puts forward the scheme, working procedure and supporting measures of the optimization of the compensation system, so as to improve the internal fairness and external competition of the compensation management of the enterprise. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, the salary management of XX shipping company can be improved, and it can also provide some reference for the design and management of salary system of other shipping enterprises in China.
