北京市交通行業(yè)專業(yè)技術人才敬業(yè)度及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:交通業(yè)是一國國民經(jīng)濟的重要基礎產(chǎn)業(yè),高度發(fā)達的現(xiàn)代化交通是一個國家經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要前提。對于北京市交通行業(yè)各單位來說,在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展,交通要先行,即首先要實現(xiàn)京津冀交通一體化這一大背景下,交通行業(yè)的專業(yè)技術人才作為本行業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅力量,對其敬業(yè)度情況進行研究具有極其重要的意義。本文通過查閱相關書籍與網(wǎng)絡資料,收集本研究中的相關概念,為本研究打好概念和理論基礎,并通過文獻研究法了解國內外關于專業(yè)技術人才及員工敬業(yè)度的文獻;通過問卷調查法和專家訪談法,獲取北京市交通行業(yè)專業(yè)技術人才的個人基本信息及影響他們敬業(yè)度的一些個人因素和組織因素;運用統(tǒng)計分析法,分析并驗證上述因素與人才敬業(yè)度的相互關系;最后總結歸納,得出結論為北京市交通行業(yè)專業(yè)技術人才的敬業(yè)度處于中等偏上水平,對其敬業(yè)度影響最直接且顯著的因素為年齡、單位綜合管理水平、總體激勵程度和總體成長程度,并且,敬業(yè)度不同維度的影響因素存在一定的差異性;最后針對研究結論,對北京市交通行業(yè)各單位提升專業(yè)技術人才敬業(yè)度提出了幾點自己的思考。本研究對于專業(yè)技術人才相關研究和敬業(yè)度相關研究作了一定的補充,也對北京市交通行業(yè)各單位如何保留并激勵人才提供了參考,所以,本文具備較好的理論意義和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Transportation industry is an important basic industry of a country's national economy, and highly developed modern transportation is an important prerequisite for a country's economic and social development. For all the units in Beijing's transportation industry, in the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the traffic must first, that is, under the background of realizing the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation, the professional and technical personnel of the transportation industry are the backbone of the development of the industry. It is of great significance to study its engagement. Through consulting relevant books and network materials, this paper collects the relevant concepts in this study, lays a good concept and theoretical basis for this study, and through the literature research method to understand the domestic and foreign literature on professional and technical talents and staff engagement; Through questionnaire survey and expert interview, we can obtain the basic personal information and some personal and organizational factors that affect the professional and technical personnel of traffic industry in Beijing. This paper analyzes and verifies the relationship between the above factors and the degree of talent engagement. Finally, it concludes that the professional and technical talents of Beijing traffic industry are at the middle level. The most direct and significant factors affecting its engagement are age, unit comprehensive management level, total incentive degree and overall growth degree, and there are some differences among the factors of different dimensions of engagement. This paper puts forward some thoughts on how to promote the professional and technical personnel engagement of the traffic units in Beijing. This study provides a certain supplement to the research on professional and technical personnel and engagement, and also provides a reference to how to retain and motivate the talents in various units of Beijing transportation industry, so, This paper has good theoretical and practical significance.
