【摘要】：當(dāng)今,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程加快造成企業(yè)間的競爭更加激烈。尤其是在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)低迷、我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”的形勢下,港口運(yùn)輸需求逐步放緩,港口企業(yè)之間的競爭也愈加激烈,在此種形勢下,港口企業(yè)亟需轉(zhuǎn)型升級。隨著公司戰(zhàn)略管理理論的不斷發(fā)展與完善,人們更加認(rèn)識到資源是企業(yè)維持持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的重要基礎(chǔ)。而當(dāng)企業(yè)合理配置資源,并且能夠與企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有效協(xié)調(diào)與銜接,共同為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的愿景與目標(biāo)而努力時,企業(yè)就可以創(chuàng)造出競爭優(yōu)勢。本文以天津港集團(tuán)為研究對象,主要是以戴維·科利斯和辛西婭·蒙哥馬利二人提出的“公司戰(zhàn)略三角形模型”為理論框架,在深入剖析天津港集團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、使命及愿景、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出天津港集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有總體戰(zhàn)略及其不足之處,對天津港集團(tuán)公司層戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,提出天津港集團(tuán)調(diào)整后的整體戰(zhàn)略并從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、流程角度提出業(yè)務(wù)組合戰(zhàn)略的保障措施,最后對天津港集團(tuán)的可持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),并提出天津港集團(tuán)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的保障措施。本文通過系統(tǒng)研究,可以識別天津港集團(tuán)未來成功的關(guān)鍵因素,從而為天津港集團(tuán)進(jìn)一步制定和調(diào)整完善公司層面戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃奠定理論基礎(chǔ),為天津港集團(tuán)持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的獲得提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the acceleration of the process of global economic integration results in more fierce competition among enterprises. Especially under the situation that the global economy continues to be depressed and our country's economy enters into the "new normal" situation, the demand for port transportation is gradually slowing down, and the competition among port enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Under this situation, port enterprises urgently need to be transformed and upgraded. With the continuous development and improvement of the theory of corporate strategic management, people have realized that resources are the important basis for enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantage. When the enterprise reasonably allocates the resources and can coordinate and link up effectively with the organizational structure of the enterprise, and make joint efforts to realize the enterprise's vision and goal, the enterprise can create the competitive advantage. This article takes Tianjin Port Group as the research object, mainly takes "the company strategic triangle model" proposed by David Corliss and Cynthia Montgomery as the theoretical frame, deeply analyzes the Tianjin Port Group development present situation, the mission and the vision. On the basis of development strategy and target, this paper points out the existing overall strategy of Tianjin Port Group and its shortcomings, analyzes the internal environment of the strategic adjustment of Tianjin Port Group Company, and puts forward the overall strategy of Tianjin Port Group after adjustment and the organizational structure. Finally, the sustainable competitive advantage of Tianjin Port Group is tested, and the safeguard measures for Tianjin Port Group to obtain competitive advantage are put forward. Through systematic research, this paper can identify the key factors of Tianjin Port Group's success in the future, thus lay a theoretical foundation for Tianjin Port Group to further formulate and adjust and perfect the strategic planning at the company level. For Tianjin Port Group to obtain sustainable competitive advantage to provide a realistic basis.
