N航道工程局8100m~3自航耙吸式挖泥船引進項目財務評價研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟的好轉(zhuǎn),國際航運業(yè)保持了較高的增長速度,其發(fā)展需要世界港口航道的水深相應加深,港區(qū)向海域推移,各大港口正在積極拓寬和加深港池、航道,由此引發(fā)了港口業(yè)建設深水泊位和深水航道的新高潮。為適應對外貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,我國也將加速港口基礎設施的開發(fā)建設。 近年來,N航道工程局雖然實力在不斷增強,技術(shù)裝備水平也在逐步提高,,但與其他航道局相比仍存在巨大差距。為此,N航道工程局提出了以組建公司的形式引進8100立方米的自航耙吸式挖泥船的項目。 項目財務評價是項目管理的重要內(nèi)容,通過項目財務評價可以對項目的市場前景、盈利能力、償債能力及風險水平等做出判斷,從而為項目決策提供科學依據(jù),也有助于提高項目的經(jīng)濟效益。為此,本人將項目財務評價的理論體系與N航道工程局8100m~3自航耙吸式挖泥船引進項目實際密切結(jié)合,從以下幾個方面對本項目進行系統(tǒng)全面的財務評價研究: 首先,在詳細介紹項目概況的基礎上,對本項目建設的必要性及市場現(xiàn)狀、前景進行深入的研究和分析。研究表明,本項目的建設是十分有必要的,同時,本項目的市場前景良好,市場風險較小。 然后,在對本項目的成本、費用、收入及利潤進行詳細分析的基礎上,通過選取指標并計算分析,考察該項目的盈利能力及償債能力。研究表明,本項目具有較強的動態(tài)及靜態(tài)盈利能力,也具有較強的償債能力,經(jīng)濟效益狀況良好。 最后,借助項目盈虧平衡分析及敏感性分析,研究該項目風險程度,針對如何防范和化解風險,提出對策建議,從而為項目決策及經(jīng)營管理提供了依據(jù)。 本文的研究不僅能為項目投資決策提供科學的依據(jù),而且還對項目的建設及經(jīng)營管理具有重要的指導作用。同時,也期望本文的研究能為以后相似的研究提供科學的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the world economy, the international shipping industry has maintained a relatively high growth rate, and its development needs the corresponding deepening of the water depth of the world's ports and waterways. As the port areas move towards the sea, the major ports are actively expanding and deepening the harbour pools and waterways. This led to a new climax in port construction of deep water berths and deep waterways. In order to adapt to the rapid development of foreign trade and economy, China will speed up the development and construction of port infrastructure. In recent years, although the strength and the level of technical equipment of the waterway engineering bureau have been increasing, there is still a big gap compared with other navigation administrations. Therefore, the project of introducing 8100 cubic meters of self-propelled rake suction dredger in the form of forming company was put forward by the N Waterway Engineering Bureau. Project financial evaluation is an important part of project management. Through project financial evaluation, the market prospect, profitability, solvency and risk level of the project can be judged, so as to provide scientific basis for project decision-making. It also helps to improve the economic benefits of the project. Therefore, I closely combine the theory system of project financial evaluation with the actual introduction project of 8100m~3 self-propelled suction dredger of N Waterway Engineering Bureau, and make a systematic and comprehensive financial evaluation study on this project from the following aspects: First of all, on the basis of the detailed introduction of the project, the necessity of the project construction, the market situation, the prospect of in-depth research and analysis. The research shows that the construction of this project is very necessary, at the same time, the market prospect of the project is good and the market risk is small. Then, on the basis of the detailed analysis of the cost, income and profit of the project, the profitability and solvency of the project are investigated by selecting the index and calculating and analyzing. The research shows that the project has strong dynamic and static profitability, as well as strong solvency, and the economic benefits are good. Finally, with the help of the break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis of the project, the degree of risk of the project is studied, and the countermeasures and suggestions on how to prevent and resolve the risk are put forward, thus providing the basis for the project decision-making and management. The research in this paper can not only provide scientific basis for project investment decision, but also play an important guiding role in project construction and management. At the same time, we also hope that this study can provide scientific reference for similar research in the future.
