【摘要】：隨著我國高速公路建設市場的改革深化,施工企業(yè)間的競爭日益激烈,追求經(jīng)濟效益是施工企業(yè)經(jīng)營的最終目標,是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的根本保證。科學地進行工程成本控制分析,用較少的耗費,取得較大的經(jīng)濟效益,不斷降低工程成本,提高企業(yè)的科學化管理水平。建筑施工企業(yè)在工程建設中實行施工項目成本管理是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展核心保障。 高速公路項目是典型的土建工程項目,與其他土建項目既有相似之處,也有自己的獨有的特征。因此在投資建設過程中也必將結(jié)合高速公路工程的特點進行成本控制分析。 本文將結(jié)合京港澳高速公路安陽至新鄉(xiāng)段改擴建工程的具體施工工程,在工程成本風險控制原則理論基礎上,分析在高速公路改建工程中成本風險控制的影響因素,從全風險的角度研究成本風險管理優(yōu)化控制方法,從利潤合理確定、分配的角度開展研究,全面分析高速公路改擴建工程中應注意的成本控制問題。 論文結(jié)合工程成本控制基本理論的基礎上,結(jié)合安新高速公路改擴建工程第二合同段的具體工程,分析了工程施工中成本控制的主要手段,全面分析了高速公路改擴建工程成本影響因素,建立了高速公路改擴建工程的全程成本控制體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the expressway construction market in our country, the competition among the construction enterprises is increasingly fierce. The pursuit of economic benefits is the ultimate goal of the construction enterprises' management and the fundamental guarantee for the survival and development of the enterprises. Scientific analysis of engineering cost control, with less cost, obtain greater economic benefits, constantly reduce engineering costs, improve the scientific management level of enterprises. The cost management of construction projects is the core guarantee for the survival and development of construction enterprises. Expressway project is a typical civil engineering project, which is similar to other civil engineering projects and has its own unique characteristics. Therefore, in the process of investment and construction, the cost control analysis will be carried out in combination with the characteristics of highway engineering. Based on the theory of engineering cost risk control, this paper will analyze the influence factors of cost risk control in expressway reconstruction project, combined with the concrete construction project of Anyang to Xinxiang section of Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao Expressway, on the basis of the theory of engineering cost risk control. The optimization and control method of cost risk management is studied from the angle of full risk, the reasonable determination and distribution of profit are studied, and the cost control problems that should be paid attention to in expressway reconstruction and extension project are analyzed in an all-round way. On the basis of the basic theory of project cost control and the concrete project of the second contract section of Anxin Expressway Reconstruction and extension Project, this paper analyzes the main means of cost control in engineering construction. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the cost of expressway reconstruction and extension project, and establishes the whole process cost control system of expressway reconstruction and extension project.
