【摘要】：為科學(xué)合理地評(píng)估企業(yè)運(yùn)輸效益,給企業(yè)管理提供決策支持,針對(duì)鐵路中小型運(yùn)輸服務(wù)商,依據(jù)其企業(yè)特性,基于財(cái)務(wù)和非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的角度建立運(yùn)輸效益考核指標(biāo)體系,利用多層次灰色模型構(gòu)建效益考核模型,以彌補(bǔ)目前一般方法在各類灰色程度評(píng)價(jià)信息利用上難以解決的"小樣本""貧信息"等不確定性問題。最后通過實(shí)例分析,對(duì)模型的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行說明,并針對(duì)分析結(jié)果給出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施及建議。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the transportation benefit of the enterprise scientifically and reasonably and provide decision support for the management of the enterprise, the evaluation index system of the transportation benefit is established according to the characteristics of the small and medium-sized railway transportation service provider and the angle of the financial and non-financial indexes. In order to make up for the uncertainty of "small sample" and "poor information", which is difficult to solve in the use of various kinds of grey degree evaluation information by using the multi-level grey model, the benefit assessment model is constructed by using the multi-level grey model at present. Finally, the application of the model is explained through an example analysis, and the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are given in the light of the analysis results.
