【摘要】：我國鐵路信息化進(jìn)入大規(guī)模、快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,信息技術(shù)正向鐵路運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營、管理及營銷的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域全面滲透。信息化對(duì)改造鐵路傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)、提升運(yùn)輸效率與管理水平、保障運(yùn)輸安全等方面,起到重要的推進(jìn)作用。同時(shí),面對(duì)國際、國內(nèi)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)給鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),建立完善現(xiàn)代物流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持規(guī)模、效益、服務(wù)的整體優(yōu)化,是鐵路物流發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 本文首先對(duì)比分析了國內(nèi)外鐵路物流信息化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,指出了鐵路貨運(yùn)信息化的發(fā)展方向,即建立公共物流信息平臺(tái),鐵路貨運(yùn)信息系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化整合,并使用RFID技術(shù)構(gòu)建信息系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)；基于TMIS平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)了公共物流信息平臺(tái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)既有鐵路內(nèi)網(wǎng)信息系統(tǒng)與公共物流信息平臺(tái)的信息共享；研究了鐵路貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化,從業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,業(yè)務(wù)流程再造,信息技術(shù)等方面對(duì)對(duì)流程優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了分析；分析了邯濟(jì)鐵路運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,對(duì)邯濟(jì)公司貨運(yùn)站物流信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)倉儲(chǔ)、配送等功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。 物流信息系統(tǒng)在物流優(yōu)化中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,它不但可以提高運(yùn)作效率,降低運(yùn)營成本,而且可以為決策者提供決策的可靠依據(jù),避免由于決策失誤而帶來的損失,有了信息系統(tǒng)的支撐,各個(gè)部門之間的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)工作將會(huì)容易的多。
[Abstract]:In the period of large-scale and rapid development of railway information in China, information technology is permeating into all fields of railway transportation management, management and marketing. Informatization plays an important role in reforming traditional railway industry, improving transportation efficiency and management level, ensuring transportation safety and so on. At the same time, in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought by the domestic modern logistics industry to the railway transportation industry, the key to the development of railway logistics is to establish and perfect the network node of modern logistics, to adhere to the overall optimization of scale, efficiency and service. Firstly, this paper compares and analyzes the current situation of railway logistics information development at home and abroad, and on this basis, points out the development direction of railway freight information, that is, the establishment of public logistics information platform, the optimization and integration of railway freight information system. The basic platform of information system is constructed by using RFID technology, the network structure of public logistics information platform is designed based on TMIS platform, and the information sharing between existing railway intranet information system and public logistics information platform is realized. This paper studies the optimization of railway freight business process, analyzes the process optimization from the aspects of business process optimization, business process reengineering, information technology, etc. The overall structure of logistics information system of freight station in Hanji Company is designed, and the function modules such as warehousing and distribution are analyzed and designed in detail. Logistics information system plays an important role in logistics optimization. It can not only improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operation cost, but also provide the decision makers with reliable basis to avoid the loss caused by the wrong decision. With the support of information systems, communication and coordination between departments will be much easier.
