【摘要】：航運(yùn)業(yè)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用。在國(guó)際金融危機(jī)、航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)不景氣的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)在資金實(shí)力方面的劣勢(shì)顯露無(wú)遺。我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資效率低下導(dǎo)致其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱于國(guó)際航運(yùn)企業(yè)。本文將分析我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)的融資效率并給出提高融資效率的對(duì)策,對(duì)航運(yùn)企業(yè)提升國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。 第一章介紹研究我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資效率的背景及意義,對(duì)已有研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,提出研究方法、寫(xiě)作思路及探索與不足。第二章介紹我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀,歸納融資特征,分析融資問(wèn)題。第三章對(duì)我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資效率進(jìn)行理論分析,回顧融資理論,介紹融資效率的定義,并分析影響融資效率的因素。第四章對(duì)我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資效率進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,介紹熵值法及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建融資效率評(píng)價(jià)模型并進(jìn)行實(shí)證演算,對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。第五章對(duì)上市公司中海發(fā)展股份有限公司進(jìn)行案例分析,先介紹企業(yè)概況,然后分析企業(yè)融資活動(dòng),并對(duì)企業(yè)融資效率進(jìn)行分析。第六章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),并從企業(yè)角度、宏觀角度提出提高融資效率的對(duì)策。 本文認(rèn)為目前我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資觀念落后、渠道單一；企業(yè)融資效率普遍較低,并且受宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)影響顯著；企業(yè)可通過(guò)改進(jìn)諸如融資成本和盈利能力等熵權(quán)較大的影響因素來(lái)提升融資效率。
[Abstract]:Shipping industry has played an important role in the economic development of our country. In the economic situation of international financial crisis and poor shipping market, the disadvantages of Chinese shipping enterprises in terms of capital strength are revealed. The low financing efficiency of China's shipping enterprises leads to their weaker competitiveness than international shipping enterprises. This paper will analyze the financing efficiency of Chinese shipping enterprises and give the countermeasures to improve the financing efficiency, which has theoretical and practical guiding significance for shipping enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research on the financing efficiency of shipping enterprises in China, summarizes the existing research literature, puts forward the research methods, writing ideas, exploration and shortcomings. The second chapter introduces the current financing situation of shipping enterprises in China, summarizes the characteristics of financing, and analyzes the financing problems. The third chapter analyzes the financing efficiency of shipping enterprises in China, reviews the financing theory, introduces the definition of financing efficiency, and analyzes the factors that affect the financing efficiency. The fourth chapter analyzes the financing efficiency of shipping enterprises in China, introduces the entropy method and evaluation index, constructs the evaluation model of financing efficiency and carries on the empirical calculation, and analyzes the empirical results. Chapter five analyzes the case of China Shipping Development Co., Ltd., a listed company, first introduces the general situation of the enterprise, then analyzes the financing activities of the enterprise, and analyzes the financing efficiency of the enterprise. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the financing efficiency from the angle of enterprise and macroscopically. This paper holds that the financing concept of shipping enterprises in our country is backward at present, the channel is single, the financing efficiency of the enterprises is generally low, and it is obviously influenced by the macro economy. Enterprises can improve the financing efficiency by improving the influence factors of entropy such as financing cost and profitability.
