【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展促使中國現(xiàn)代貨物運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)需求呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的增長，這種增長給我國鐵路貨運(yùn)帶來了發(fā)展的新契機(jī)。同時(shí)，我國正式加入WTO組織使中國鐵路貨運(yùn)企業(yè)與國際貨運(yùn)企業(yè)站在了同一起跑線上，這對(duì)于我國鐵路貨運(yùn)的發(fā)展又是一個(gè)前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。 在烏海市鐵路貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)不斷發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)競爭日益激烈的情況下，為了把握其未來趨勢(shì)和發(fā)展方向，明確未來發(fā)展目標(biāo)，使其繼續(xù)保持良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭，在競爭中處于有利地位，，有必要對(duì)其運(yùn)輸發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究。 本文從加快烏海市鐵路發(fā)展的目標(biāo)出發(fā)，探討如何運(yùn)用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析方法確定烏海地區(qū)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)目前面臨的重要外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅，以及內(nèi)部存在的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，從而對(duì)烏海鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展做出科學(xué)評(píng)估，并試圖運(yùn)用SWOT定量分析模型，對(duì)烏海市鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展進(jìn)行綜合分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，確定戰(zhàn)略類型和強(qiáng)度，進(jìn)而確定戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)和戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)容以明確烏海鐵路貨運(yùn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位，研究并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略：發(fā)展鐵路現(xiàn)代物流；優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸組織，提升運(yùn)能運(yùn)量；加速鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代化步伐，從而充分發(fā)揮該市的自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，因地制宜，抓住機(jī)遇，揚(yáng)長避短，明確發(fā)展方向，找準(zhǔn)目標(biāo)定位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the demand of China's modern freight transportation market is increasing unprecedented, which brings a new opportunity for the development of railway freight transport in China. At the same time, China's entry into WTO makes Chinese railway freight enterprises and international freight transport enterprises stand on the same starting line, which is an unprecedented challenge to the development of China's railway freight transport. With the continuous development of railway freight business and the increasingly fierce market competition in Wuhai City, in order to grasp its future trend and development direction, to make clear the future development goal, to make it continue to maintain a good development momentum, and to be in a favorable position in the competition, It is necessary to study its transport development strategy. Starting from the goal of speeding up the development of Wuhai railway, this paper discusses how to use the SWOT strategic analysis method to determine the important external opportunities and threats, as well as the main strengths and weaknesses of the internal railway transportation industry in Wuhai area. Therefore, the development of Wuhai railway transportation industry is evaluated scientifically, and the SWOT quantitative analysis model is used to analyze the development of Wuhai railway transportation. On this basis, the strategic types and intensity are determined. Then the strategic emphases and contents are determined to make clear the strategic orientation of Wuhai railway freight transport development, and the corresponding development strategies are studied and put forward: developing modern railway logistics, optimizing transportation organization, improving capacity, accelerating the pace of railway freight modernization, In order to give full play to the city's own advantages, according to local conditions, seize the opportunity, develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses, clear the direction of development, and find the right target positioning.
