【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的趨勢下,國際物流行業(yè)伴隨著國際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,已逐漸成為影響我國和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要部分。我國的物流業(yè)起步較晚,管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,面對金融危機(jī)缺乏足夠的應(yīng)對經(jīng)驗(yàn),大批物流公司倒閉或者正處于倒閉的邊緣。這其中雖然有外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的因素,但更多的卻是來自企業(yè)自身,無序經(jīng)營,缺乏長遠(yuǎn)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,這些都是導(dǎo)致企業(yè)失敗的重要原因。在經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)這種特殊時(shí)期,如何求生存、求發(fā)展是國際物流企業(yè)現(xiàn)在面臨的重要課題。 本文以YC國際物流公司作為研究對象,結(jié)合整個(gè)國際物流行業(yè)和YC公司目前遇到的問題,采用調(diào)查研究、歸納總結(jié)、系統(tǒng)分析、案例分析的方法對國際物流行業(yè)和YC國際物流公司展開分析,力求能為YC公司的未來發(fā)展制定有效的戰(zhàn)略方案。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括：通過選題背景及國際物流行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析,指出本文研究的內(nèi)容和目的,闡述戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)的重要意義。通過收集相關(guān)資料及數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用PEST分析方法及五力模型對整個(gè)國際物流行業(yè)的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析；通過對YC公司的資源條件、能力、核心競爭力、成本的價(jià)值鏈的分析挖掘公司內(nèi)部資源；利用SWOT分析和對YC公司內(nèi)外部各因素進(jìn)行綜合配比分析,得到向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型、多元化和差異化三個(gè)可行方案,在公司總體戰(zhàn)略方面擬出由傳統(tǒng)物流向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型和多元化發(fā)展兩個(gè)戰(zhàn)略備選方案,通過定量戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃矩陣QSPM找出最優(yōu)方案為由傳統(tǒng)物流向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略。明確公司應(yīng)以此最優(yōu)戰(zhàn)略方案作為公司總體戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),以多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為公司總體戰(zhàn)略輔助,在業(yè)務(wù)層面上配合采取差異化服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,并相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)了適合YC公司的具體實(shí)施方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the international logistics industry has gradually become an important part of the economic development of China and the world with the development of international trade. The logistics industry of our country starts late and lacks management experience. Facing the financial crisis, a large number of logistics companies close down or are on the verge of bankruptcy. Although there are external economic environment factors, but more is from the enterprise itself, disorderly management, lack of long-term strategic planning, these are the important reasons leading to the failure of the enterprise. In the special period of economic crisis, how to survive and develop is an important task for international logistics enterprises. In this paper, YC International Logistics Company as the research object, combined with the entire international logistics industry and YC company currently encountered problems, using investigation, summary, systematic analysis, The method of case study analyzes the international logistics industry and YC International Logistics Company in order to make an effective strategic plan for the future development of YC Company. The main contents of this paper are as follows: through the analysis of the background of the selected topic and the current situation of the international logistics industry, this paper points out the content and purpose of this study, and expounds the importance of strategy to the enterprise. Through collecting relevant information and data, using PEST analysis method and five forces model to analyze the external environment of the whole international logistics industry, through the YC company's resource condition, ability, core competitiveness, The analysis of the value chain of cost excavates the internal resources of the company, using the SWOT analysis and the comprehensive matching analysis of the internal and external factors of YC company, obtains three feasible schemes to the modern logistics transformation, diversification and differentiation. In terms of the overall strategy of the company, two strategic alternatives from traditional logistics to modern logistics and diversified development are proposed, and the optimal strategy from traditional logistics to modern logistics is found through quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM. It is clear that the company should take the optimal strategic plan as the overall strategic focus of the company, take the diversified development strategy as the overall strategic assistance of the company, and cooperate with the differentiated service strategy in the business level. The specific implementation scheme suitable for YC company is designed accordingly.
