不同國家船運(yùn)散糧穩(wěn)性核算方法及過程研究

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合散裝糧食(谷物)船舶運(yùn)輸中在不同國家穩(wěn)性核算的實(shí)際情況,具體分析了散裝谷物的特性和對(duì)運(yùn)輸船舶穩(wěn)性的影響以及IM0《國際散裝谷物安全裝運(yùn)規(guī)則》對(duì)散裝谷物船舶穩(wěn)性校核的要求和方法。由于散裝谷物船舶穩(wěn)性衡準(zhǔn)的特殊要求,使得該類船舶的穩(wěn)性核算甚為復(fù)雜,而且美國、加拿大和澳大利亞等世界主要散糧出口國對(duì)該規(guī)則的具體條款,有一些不盡相同的解釋與執(zhí)行方式,有各自的衡準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)性指標(biāo)的核算表格。通過對(duì)美國、加拿大和澳大利亞三個(gè)國家的穩(wěn)性核算表格以及其核算方法、過程的研究,提出不同國家進(jìn)行散糧船穩(wěn)性核算時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過比較找出三個(gè)國家穩(wěn)性核算方法和過程的異同點(diǎn)和容易出錯(cuò)點(diǎn)。最后通過實(shí)例分析,具體提出了散糧船穩(wěn)性核算注意事項(xiàng)和相關(guān)改進(jìn)措施。 該論文通過對(duì)IM0《國際散裝谷物安全裝運(yùn)規(guī)則》穩(wěn)性衡準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)的核算方法(詳算法及簡(jiǎn)算法)以及主要散糧航運(yùn)國家穩(wěn)性核算表格及方法過程的研究,可以從源頭上深刻理解和把握散裝谷物船舶的穩(wěn)性核算原理和方法,提高船上人員進(jìn)行散糧船穩(wěn)性核算工作的正確率和工作效率,提升散裝谷物運(yùn)輸?shù)臉I(yè)務(wù)、管理水平,進(jìn)一步提高船舶的營運(yùn)效率,確保散裝谷物船舶的運(yùn)輸安全。
[Abstract]:This paper combines with the actual situation of stability accounting in different countries in bulk grain (grain) shipping. The characteristics of bulk grain and its influence on ship stability are analyzed in detail, as well as the requirements and methods for checking the stability of bulk grain ships by IM0 International Code for safe Carriage of bulk grains. The stability accounting of bulk grain ships is very complicated because of the special requirements of the stability of grain ships in bulk, and the specific provisions of the rules for the major grain exporters such as the United States, Canada and Australia, There are some different interpretations and execution methods, and have their own accounting tables of the stability index. Based on the study of the stability accounting tables, methods and processes of the three countries of the United States, Canada and Australia, the matters needing attention in the stability accounting of bulk grain vessels in different countries are put forward. On this basis, the similarities and differences and error-prone points of stability accounting methods and processes in the three countries are found through comparison. Finally, through the analysis of examples, the paper puts forward the matters needing attention and relevant improvement measures in the calculation of bulk grain ship stability. In this paper, the calculation method (detailed algorithm and simple algorithm) of the stability criterion of IM0 (International Code for safe Carriage of bulk Grain) and the table and method process of stability accounting for the main bulk grain shipping countries are studied. The principles and methods of stability accounting of bulk grain vessels can be deeply understood and grasped from the source, the correct rate and working efficiency of cargo grain ship stability accounting can be improved, and the business and management level of bulk grain transportation can be improved. Further improve the operational efficiency of ships to ensure the transport safety of bulk grain ships.
