我國(guó)快遞企業(yè)航空運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:自2010以來我國(guó)穩(wěn)坐世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,其中電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展做出了突出的貢獻(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高和電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展改變了人們的生活方式和消費(fèi)理念;同時(shí)在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境中,有大量制造期長(zhǎng)、銷售期短的制造業(yè),從各方面來看,對(duì)物流時(shí)效性要求高的貨源量與日俱增,而航空運(yùn)輸具有天然的優(yōu)勢(shì),我國(guó)快遞業(yè)也紛紛通過購(gòu)買或租賃全貨機(jī)等方式開啟航空運(yùn)輸服務(wù),然而在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施越來越完善的情況下,如何通過合理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)來組織起基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施并方便運(yùn)營(yíng)成為目前我國(guó)快遞企業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。參照國(guó)際快遞巨頭UPS的網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,結(jié)合我國(guó)快遞業(yè)市場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況,為滿足客戶物流需求,同時(shí)降低快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,有效利用有限的航線、全貨機(jī)及客機(jī)腹倉(cāng)等資源,本文提出了要建立一個(gè)具備核心樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的軸輻式航空運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)。首先對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中該具備的節(jié)點(diǎn)類型進(jìn)行分析,確定本網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)具備核心樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)、區(qū)域樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)和普通機(jī)場(chǎng);然后通過定性分析的方法,建立從快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)角度考慮的核心樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)選取因素體系及選取步驟;進(jìn)而分析了整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu),建立了以運(yùn)輸成本最小為目標(biāo)的區(qū)域樞紐選取模型,模型中為保證成本的相對(duì)真實(shí)性,考慮了干線運(yùn)輸采用全貨機(jī)時(shí),全貨機(jī)每趟起飛將產(chǎn)生的固定運(yùn)營(yíng)成本;在區(qū)域樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)選取出來后,采用重力模型法對(duì)所有普通機(jī)場(chǎng)與區(qū)域樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)之間的連接關(guān)系進(jìn)行確定,設(shè)計(jì)出最終的網(wǎng)絡(luò);并對(duì)其連接效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,確保本設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。為驗(yàn)證本設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)性,以SF公司為案例,選擇出鄂州機(jī)場(chǎng)為核心樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的情況下,北京、成都、杭州和深圳作為區(qū)域樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng),并確定非樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)與區(qū)域樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的指派關(guān)系,測(cè)算出本設(shè)計(jì)能在原有通過客機(jī)腹倉(cāng)點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)完成運(yùn)輸?shù)幕A(chǔ)上節(jié)約4.36%的運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, China has been the second largest economy in the world. The development of electronic commerce has made outstanding contributions. The improvement of economic level and the development of electronic commerce have changed people's way of life and consumption concept, while in the environment of supply chain. There are a large number of manufacturing industries with long manufacturing periods and short sales periods. From various aspects, the quantity of goods that require high timeliness of logistics is increasing day by day, and air transportation has natural advantages. China's express delivery industry has also started air transport services by purchasing or leasing all-cargo aircraft. However, with the infrastructure becoming more and more perfect, How to organize infrastructure and facilitate operation through a reasonable network has become an urgent task for express delivery enterprises in our country. Referring to the network operation model of international express giant UPS and combining with the actual situation of China's express delivery market, in order to meet customer logistics needs, reduce the operating cost of express delivery enterprises, and effectively utilize limited routes, cargo planes and passenger planes, and other resources, In this paper, a hub and spoke air transport network with a core hub airport is proposed. Firstly, the types of nodes in the network are analyzed to determine that the network design should have the core hub airport, the regional hub airport and the ordinary airport, and then through the qualitative analysis method, The selection factor system and selection steps of the core hub airport are established from the point of view of express delivery enterprise operation, and then the hierarchical structure of the whole network is analyzed, and the regional hub selection model aiming at the minimum transportation cost is established. In order to ensure the relative authenticity of the cost, the fixed operating cost of the whole cargo plane for each take-off of the whole cargo plane is considered when the whole cargo plane is used in the trunk line transportation, and when the regional hub airport is selected, The connection relationship between all ordinary airports and regional hub airports is determined by gravity model method, and the final network is designed, and the connection effect is evaluated and analyzed to ensure the feasibility of the design. In order to verify the scientific nature of the design, taking SF Company as a case, select Ezhou Airport as the core hub airport, Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Shenzhen as regional hub airports, The assignment relationship between the non-hub airport and the regional hub airport is determined. It is estimated that the design can save 4.36% of the transportation cost on the basis of the original transportation through the passenger aircraft ventral warehouse point-to-point network.
