陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化模型研究與系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近些年來,陸海聯(lián)運已經(jīng)成為國際多式聯(lián)運的重要形式之一。陸海聯(lián)運的整個流程由多式聯(lián)運經(jīng)營人統(tǒng)一安排和組織,各區(qū)段運輸承運人協(xié)同完成,具體各部分的工作有專業(yè)化的企業(yè)承擔(dān)。陸海聯(lián)運能充分發(fā)揮各種運輸方式的優(yōu)點,擴(kuò)大物流運輸企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍,滿足用戶復(fù)雜運輸需求。 陸海聯(lián)運整個過程業(yè)務(wù)繁雜,,參與者較多。將陸海聯(lián)運中的各項業(yè)務(wù)抽象成業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù),針對眾多的業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)存在業(yè)務(wù)功能相似,服務(wù)質(zhì)量差異較大的現(xiàn)狀,定義陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量模型來區(qū)分類似的業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù),并將陸海聯(lián)運的整個過程抽象成業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)組合的過程,應(yīng)用服務(wù)組合的思想完成陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化模型過程。 將服務(wù)組合技術(shù)運用到陸海聯(lián)運過程中將能夠很好的解決客戶個性化需求滿足和服務(wù)資源合理利用問題,有助于提高陸海聯(lián)運中多式聯(lián)運經(jīng)營人的服務(wù)能力和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,整合陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)資源,顯著提高客戶滿意度。 本文分析了陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合業(yè)務(wù)特點和業(yè)務(wù)過程,陸海聯(lián)運參與者和陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合業(yè)務(wù)過程中兩個重要階段,研究了服務(wù)需求、服務(wù)資源的匹配關(guān)系和業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)組合流程具體過程;根據(jù)陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)自身特點,提出陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量模型,建立陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)組合流程建模;針對客戶個性化需求的滿足問題、服務(wù)資源的合理利用問題,提出一種基于Pareto多目標(biāo)遺傳算法的QoS全局最優(yōu)服務(wù)選擇算法,對陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行求解,進(jìn)行算法分析、仿真和示例驗證;設(shè)計陸海聯(lián)運服務(wù)組合系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)功能、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫和系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)服務(wù)組合系統(tǒng)驗證模型和算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the land sea combined transport has become one of the most important forms of international multimodal transport. The whole process of land and sea transportation is arranged and organized by multimodal transport operators. The transport carriers in each section are coordinated, and the work of various parts is undertaken by professional enterprises. The business scope of large logistics enterprises meets the complex transportation needs of users.
The whole process of land and sea transportation is complicated and the participants are more involved. We abstract all the services in the land and sea into business services. In view of the similar business functions and the large difference of service quality, the service quality model of the land sea combined transport service is defined to divide the similar business services and the whole transportation of land and sea. The process is abstracted into the process of business service composition, and the idea of service composition is applied to complete the optimization process of land and sea combined transportation service composition.
The application of service combination technology in the process of land and sea transportation will be able to solve the problem of customer's personalized demand and the rational use of service resources. It will help to improve the service capacity and service quality of multimodal transport operators in land and sea transportation, integrate the service resources of land and sea transportation, and improve the customer satisfaction significantly.
This paper analyzes the characteristics and business process of the service portfolio of land sea combined transport, the two important stages in the course of the service combination of the land sea intermodal transport participants and the land sea combined transport service, and studies the service demand, the matching relationship of service resources and the specific process of the business service combination process. In order to solve the problem of customer's personalized needs and the rational utilization of service resources, a new QoS optimal service selection algorithm based on Pareto multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed, which is based on the problem of customer personalized requirements and the rational use of service resources. The optimization model is solved, the algorithm analysis, the simulation and the example verification are carried out. The service function, the system database and the system architecture of the land sea combined transport service combination system are designed to realize the validity of the verification model and algorithm of the service composition system.
