遼寧沿海港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:近些年來(lái),港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)在世界航運(yùn)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等環(huán)節(jié)中已經(jīng)屢見(jiàn)不鮮,這其中有利于發(fā)展的良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),也有為了爭(zhēng)奪造成資源浪費(fèi)的惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 眾所周知,港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)筑國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力又可以增強(qiáng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力。因此,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的廣泛發(fā)展,我國(guó)對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的研究也要不斷完善,并據(jù)此提高我國(guó)港口的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,更好的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展港口及相關(guān)工業(yè)、商業(yè)和貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)。筆者也針對(duì)這一課題做了深入研究,并建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型,用于控制和指導(dǎo)港口活動(dòng)。 本文主要研究了港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究總結(jié)出的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力這一問(wèn)題展開(kāi)一系列的學(xué)術(shù)分析。首先,本文對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵、類(lèi)型以及特點(diǎn)等加以介紹。然后,在港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素分析中,本文針對(duì)港口自身因素和外界因素兩個(gè)方面。接下來(lái),在通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有研究成果的研究比對(duì)之后,本文提出采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析模型對(duì)港口進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià),以因子分析模型作為數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的輔助模型,并用之排除相關(guān)性因素干擾,盡量彌補(bǔ)所選模型的局限性。之后本文根據(jù)因子分析法提出了評(píng)價(jià)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的公共因子,同時(shí)構(gòu)建了港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)的輸入-輸出指標(biāo)體系,從而運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法建立了港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)模型。 最后,本文在建立指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,以遼寧省的六個(gè)港口為實(shí)例,分別以大連港、營(yíng)口港、盤(pán)錦港、丹東港、錦州港以及葫蘆島港為主要研究對(duì)象,就其實(shí)際情況對(duì)它們之間港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)得到的技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率及規(guī)模效益變化做了港口效率評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)而應(yīng)用改進(jìn)過(guò)的模型對(duì)港口進(jìn)行排名。最后通過(guò)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的分析,并結(jié)合所學(xué)到的理論知識(shí)為遼寧各個(gè)港口發(fā)展的提出了有關(guān)建議。 本文的完成對(duì)筆者今后在港口方面的研究工作起了很好的導(dǎo)向作用,也希望本文能夠進(jìn)一步完善港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系研究,并為今后的研究提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, port competition in the world shipping, international trade and other links has been common, which is conducive to the development of benign competition, but also for the waste of resources for the vicious competition. As we all know, port competitiveness builds national competitiveness, and national competitiveness can enhance national economic strength. Therefore, with the extensive development of economic globalization, the study of port competition in our country should be improved constantly, and the overall competitiveness of our port should be improved accordingly, and the economy of port and related industries, commerce and trade should be developed in a better coordinated manner. The author also makes an in-depth study on this subject and establishes an evaluation index system and an evaluation model for controlling and guiding port activities. This paper mainly studies the competitiveness of ports, and combines the valuable experience of relevant research at home and abroad to carry out a series of academic analysis on the competitiveness of ports. First of all, this paper introduces the connotation, types and characteristics of port competitiveness. Then, in the analysis of the influencing factors of port competitiveness, this paper focuses on the port itself and external factors. Then, after comparing the existing research results, this paper proposes to use the data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the competitiveness of the port, using factor analysis model as the auxiliary model of data envelopment analysis. The limitation of the selected model can be remedied by eliminating the interference of correlation factors. Then according to the factor analysis, this paper puts forward the public factors to evaluate the port competitiveness, and constructs the input-output index system of the port competitiveness evaluation, and sets up the evaluation model of the port competitiveness by using the data envelopment analysis method. Finally, based on the establishment of index system and evaluation model, this paper takes six ports in Liaoning Province as examples, respectively, taking Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Panjin Port, Dandong Port, Jinzhou Port and Huludao Port as the main research objects. According to the actual situation, the paper analyzes the relationship of port competition between them, and evaluates the port efficiency according to the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and the change of scale benefit, and then uses the improved model to rank the port. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results and combined with the theoretical knowledge learned, some suggestions are put forward for the development of each port in Liaoning Province. The completion of this paper plays a good guiding role in the future research work in port, and also hopes that this paper can further improve the port competition relationship research, and provide some reference for future research.
