【摘要】:近年來(lái),北京市機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)保有量不斷增加,引發(fā)了諸如交通擁堵、空氣污染等環(huán)境問(wèn)題和社會(huì)問(wèn)題,公共交通的重要性日益顯著。北京市政府把推動(dòng)和發(fā)展城市公共自行車(chē)服務(wù)作為建設(shè)綠色出行系統(tǒng)以及完善公共交通服務(wù)體系的重要內(nèi)容,并大力推進(jìn)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。但是目前公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用率相對(duì)偏低,居民對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)存在諸多抱怨,公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向較低。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)的研究多數(shù)是從規(guī)劃和運(yùn)營(yíng)角度,對(duì)居民的行為關(guān)注較少。 本文基于計(jì)劃行為理論、感知價(jià)值理論、創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散理論和感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向進(jìn)行研究,使用德?tīng)柗普{(diào)研探察了公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向影響因素,構(gòu)建了公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向模型,開(kāi)發(fā)了公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向量表,意圖明確公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向影響因素及其影響作用。本研究在北京市通過(guò)大規(guī)模問(wèn)卷調(diào)查進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。 研究結(jié)果表明,感知價(jià)值模型對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向的解釋力最強(qiáng);態(tài)度、知覺(jué)行為控制、主觀規(guī)范、感知價(jià)值、復(fù)雜性和兼容性是公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向的主要影響因素,除復(fù)雜性外,其他五種因素均正向影響公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向;感知價(jià)值對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向的影響作用最大,其次是知覺(jué)行為控制,兼容性對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向的影響作用最小。政府對(duì)環(huán)保的態(tài)度、社會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)保的態(tài)度和個(gè)人對(duì)環(huán)保的態(tài)度均在感知價(jià)值對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向的影響過(guò)程中起到部分調(diào)節(jié)作用。 基于實(shí)證研究結(jié)果,本文從完善公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和改善綠色出行社會(huì)環(huán)境兩個(gè)角度對(duì)提高公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)使用意向提出對(duì)策建議,對(duì)將公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)建成便民利民的綠色交通工程具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in Beijing has been increasing, causing environmental and social problems such as traffic congestion, air pollution and so on. The importance of public transport is becoming more and more significant. The Beijing Municipal Government regards the promotion and development of urban public bicycle service as an important part of the construction of green travel system and the improvement of public transportation service system, and vigorously promotes the construction of public bicycle system. However, at present, the utilization rate of public bicycle system is relatively low, there are many complaints about public bicycle system, and the intention of using public bicycle system is low. At present, scholars at home and abroad mostly study the public bicycle system from the perspective of planning and operation, and pay little attention to the behavior of residents. Based on the theory of planning behavior, the theory of perceived value, the theory of innovation diffusion and the theory of perceived risk, this paper studies the intention of using public bicycle system. The purpose of this paper is to establish a model of the intention to use the public bicycle system and to develop a scale of intention to use the public bicycle system. The purpose is to clarify the influencing factors of the intention to use the public bicycle system and its effect. This study conducted an empirical study in Beijing through a large-scale questionnaire survey. The results show that the perceived value model has the strongest explanatory power to the intention of using the public bicycle system; attitude, perceptual behavior control, subjective norms, perceived value, Complexity and compatibility are the main influencing factors of the intention of using public bicycle system, except complexity, the other five factors all positively affect the intention of using public bicycle system. Perceived value has the greatest influence on the intention to use of public bicycle system, followed by perceptual behavior control, and compatibility has the least effect on the intention of using public bicycle system. The government's attitude towards environmental protection, social attitude towards environmental protection and personal attitude towards environmental protection all play a part in regulating the influence of perceived value on the intention of using public bicycle system. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the intention of using public bicycle system from the two angles of perfecting the construction of public bicycle system and improving the social environment of green travel. It is of great practical significance to build the public bicycle system into a green transportation project which is convenient to the people and benefit the people.
