寧波—舟山港和上海港港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:港口是海陸運(yùn)輸?shù)墓?jié)點(diǎn),服務(wù)于資源流通,在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有重要的地位。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,沿海、沿江港口的數(shù)量和規(guī)模都有了較快的增長(zhǎng),港口對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)不僅促進(jìn)了港口的建設(shè)開發(fā),也帶來了港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。從同屬于長(zhǎng)江三角洲經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的寧波—舟山港和上海港來看:寧波港在國(guó)際上的地位不及上海港,但擁有的水深條件是其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),2006年,寧波港與舟山港完成一體化,2011年,舟山群島新區(qū)的批復(fù)建設(shè),都有利于寧波—舟山港整合優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,向世界級(jí)大港邁進(jìn);上海港歷來是中國(guó)乃至國(guó)際上的重要口岸,具有區(qū)位、資源等優(yōu)勢(shì),但水深條件一直是上海港發(fā)展的軟肋,,上海港通過在舟山建立大小洋山深水港來緩解困境。港口惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致重復(fù)建設(shè)和資源浪費(fèi),不利于可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文希望在港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析的基礎(chǔ)上探討兩港的合作發(fā)展模式,對(duì)于兩港的未來發(fā)展和國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略投資、決策支持都有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義 本文針對(duì)寧波—舟山港和上海港的港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平展開研究,首先構(gòu)建港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,確定指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法,然后運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的因子分析方法,對(duì)兩港港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,為探討兩港的合作模式提供了量化的實(shí)際參考指標(biāo)。最后,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,分析兩港之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì),以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系的產(chǎn)生,并提出以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為核心的合作模式。 本文的結(jié)論包括三個(gè)方面。第一,確立了包括港口物流營(yíng)運(yùn)規(guī)模、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理狀況、腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)水平及發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ任鍌(gè)方面20項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。第二,基于因子分析法的港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建與實(shí)證分析,上海港在營(yíng)運(yùn)規(guī)模、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理狀況、腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的得分都高于寧波—舟山港,而寧波—舟山港在發(fā)展?jié)摿安糠旨?xì)分指標(biāo)上的得分高于上海港。第三,提出以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為核心的合作模式,包括合作規(guī)則、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟制度以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制三方面。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的設(shè)計(jì)、以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為核心的合作模式兩方面。
[Abstract]:As the node of land and sea transportation, port serves the circulation of resources and plays an important role in social economy. With the rapid development of our country's economy, the quantity and scale of the ports along the Yangtze River have increased rapidly. The promotion of the port to the economy has not only promoted the construction and development of the port, but also brought about the competition between the ports. From the point of view of Ningbo Zhoushan Port and Shanghai Port, which belong to the same economic circle of the Yangtze River Delta, Ningbo Port is not as important as Shanghai Port in the world, but its core competitive advantage is the water depth condition. In 2006, Ningbo Port and Zhoushan Port were integrated into one another. In 2011, The approval and construction of the new Zhoushan Archipelago area will be conducive to the integration of Ningbo and Zhoushan Port into a world-class port. The Shanghai Port has always been an important port in China and even internationally, with advantages in location, resources, and so on. But the condition of water depth has always been the weakness of the development of Shanghai Port, which can alleviate the difficulties by setting up the large and small Yangshan Deep Water Port in Zhoushan. Port vicious competition will lead to repeated construction and waste of resources, which is not conducive to sustainable development. Based on the analysis of port logistics competitiveness, this paper hopes to discuss the development mode of cooperation between the two ports, which has important practical significance for the future development of the two ports and the strategic investment of the country. In this paper, the level of port logistics competitiveness of Ningbo Zhoushan Port and Shanghai Port is studied. Firstly, the evaluation model of port logistics competitiveness is constructed, the index system and evaluation method are determined, and then the statistical factor analysis method is used. The empirical analysis of the logistics competitiveness of the two ports provides a quantitative reference index for the discussion of the cooperation mode between the two ports. Finally, according to the evaluation results, this paper analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages between the two ports, as well as the emergence of the competitive relationship, and puts forward a cooperation model with strategic alliance as the core. The conclusion of this paper includes three aspects. Firstly, 20 evaluation indexes including port logistics operation scale, infrastructure, management status, hinterland economic level and development potential are established, and the evaluation index system of port logistics competitiveness is established. Second, the construction and empirical analysis of the evaluation model of port logistics competitiveness based on factor analysis show that the scores of Shanghai Port in the scale of operation, infrastructure, management status, economic level in hinterland are higher than those in Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. Ningbo-Zhoushan Port has higher development potential and subdivision index than Shanghai Port. Thirdly, it puts forward the cooperation mode with strategic alliance as the core, including three aspects: cooperation rules, strategic alliance system and risk control. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the design of the evaluation system of port logistics competitiveness and the cooperation mode with strategic alliance as the core.
