【摘要】：目前,世界主要港口中第二代港口仍是發(fā)展的主流,但隨著經(jīng)濟全球化、市場國際化和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,一些大型港口已經(jīng)開始向第三代港口轉(zhuǎn)型。 現(xiàn)代港口業(yè)發(fā)展迅速繁榮,傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展模式已經(jīng)不能滿足港口發(fā)展需求,國外先進港口紛紛調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu),進行聯(lián)盟,突出優(yōu)勢,回避風(fēng)險,走上了發(fā)展現(xiàn)代港口物流的征程。國內(nèi)港口發(fā)展相對滯后于國際水平,但是,隨著中國經(jīng)濟在國際上的地位日漸顯著,尤其是經(jīng)歷了金融危機、歐美債務(wù)危機之后,國際形勢更加復(fù)雜,中國在國際貿(mào)易中的地位卻不可動搖,中國港口貨物吞吐量也躍居世界之首,一些港口進入世界吞吐量十大港口之列。但是,這只是量的增長,我們應(yīng)該看到,中國港口在現(xiàn)代港口物流發(fā)展水平上遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于發(fā)達(dá)國家的港口。國內(nèi)港口企業(yè)家也都意識到了差距,都紛紛投入到向國外港口學(xué)習(xí),調(diào)整港口生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展現(xiàn)代港口物流的行列中去。 港口物流是最近幾年才頻頻出現(xiàn)在學(xué)術(shù)研討和各類媒體上的新名詞�，F(xiàn)代港口物流體系的建立是基于供應(yīng)鏈理論,把港口看作是供應(yīng)鏈物流體系中的最重要的節(jié)點,以此為基礎(chǔ)和樞紐,整合供應(yīng)鏈上的各方資源,加以利用,達(dá)到整條供應(yīng)鏈效率最優(yōu)和收益最優(yōu),同時平衡供應(yīng)鏈中各方的利益分配。 西港通用碼頭分公司于2011年下半年成立,是煙臺港股份有限公司下屬分公司,積極發(fā)展港口物流是西港通用發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路。 在此背景下,本文首先對港口物流相關(guān)理論進行研究,分析了歐洲港口及國內(nèi)幾個主要港口的物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了它們的成功經(jīng)驗；闡述了西港通用港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,采用SWOT分析法論述了西港通用發(fā)展現(xiàn)代港口物流的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、威脅；利用灰色預(yù)測模型對西港通用未來木材吞吐量進行預(yù)測,并分析預(yù)測結(jié)果；根據(jù)以上理論研究、港口實證分析、預(yù)測結(jié)果,為西港通用發(fā)展現(xiàn)代港口物流制定戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,提出相應(yīng)的物流戰(zhàn)略方針和物流戰(zhàn)略選擇,并結(jié)合西港通用實際情況,為規(guī)劃實施和實現(xiàn)提供保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the second generation ports in the main ports in the world are still the mainstream of development. However, with the economic globalization, market internationalization and information network, some large ports have begun to transform to the third generation ports.
The development of modern port industry is rapid and prosperous. The traditional development model can not meet the needs of port development. Foreign advanced ports have adjusted their structure, consortium, predominance, avoidance of risk, and embarked on the journey of developing modern port logistics. The development of domestic ports lagged behind the international level, but with the Chinese economy in the world After the financial crisis, especially after the financial crisis and the European and American debt crisis, the international situation is more complex, China's status in international trade is unshakable, China's port cargo throughput is also the first in the world, and some ports are entering the ten largest ports in the world. However, this is only the growth of quantity, we should see, The Chinese ports are far behind the ports in the developed countries in the development of modern port logistics. The domestic port entrepreneurs are also aware of the gap, all of which have been invested in the study of the foreign ports, the adjustment of the port production structure and the development of the modern port logistics.
Port logistics is a new term that has occurred frequently in academic seminars and various media in recent years. The establishment of modern port logistics system is based on the supply chain theory, taking the port as the most important node in the supply chain logistics system, taking this as the basis and hub, integrating the resources of the supply chain, and making use of the whole supply chain to achieve the whole supply. We should optimize the chain efficiency and optimize the revenue and balance the profit distribution among the various parties in the supply chain.
The West Port general wharf branch is established in the second half of 2011. It is a subsidiary of the Limited by Share Ltd in Yantai port. It is the only way for the development of the West Port to actively develop the port logistics.
Under this background, this paper first studies the theory of port logistics, analyzes the current situation of logistics development in European ports and several major ports in China, summarizes their successful experiences, expounds the current situation of the development of general port logistics in West Port, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the development of modern port logistics in the West Port by SWOT analysis. Opportunities and threats, using grey forecasting model to predict the future timber throughput of West Port, and analyze the forecast results. According to the above theory research, port empirical analysis and prediction results, the strategic orientation and strategic planning for the development of modern port logistics in the West Port are set up, and the corresponding logistics strategy and logistics strategy selection are put forward. Combined with the actual situation of West Port, it provides safeguard measures for planning implementation and implementation.
