【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快，城市人口和車輛數(shù)目不斷增長(zhǎng)，隨之產(chǎn)生的城市交通需求與供給之間的矛盾日益突出，城市的交通問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為阻礙城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要原因。在借鑒國(guó)外許多大城市交通發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)，充分利用可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)識(shí)城市交通特性的基礎(chǔ)上，我國(guó)許多城市已經(jīng)意識(shí)到軌道交通在城市交通發(fā)展中的骨干作用。而面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的公共交通運(yùn)輸，合理的票價(jià)成為城市軌道交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。因此，從實(shí)際出發(fā)，積極探索票價(jià)制定的相關(guān)問(wèn)題，對(duì)我國(guó)城市軌道交通的健康發(fā)展具有重要的意義。 本文深入研究了城市軌道交通票價(jià)制定的理論基礎(chǔ)，，結(jié)合相關(guān)的運(yùn)價(jià)理論和票價(jià)模型，確定了軌道交通定價(jià)的原則和策略。具體分析了影響軌道交通票價(jià)制定的四個(gè)主要因素：運(yùn)輸成本、運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)需求、居民的支付能力和與其他公交的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。運(yùn)用雙層規(guī)劃模型，建立了城市軌道交通定價(jià)模型，使用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)該定價(jià)模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)算。最后運(yùn)用建立的雙層規(guī)劃模型求解南昌市軌道交通1號(hào)線的票價(jià)，并給出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the process of urbanization is speeding up, the number of urban population and vehicles is increasing, and the contradiction between urban traffic demand and supply is becoming more and more prominent. The traffic problem of the city has become an important reason to hinder the social and economic development of the city. On the basis of learning from the experiences and lessons of many big cities in foreign countries and fully utilizing the viewpoint of sustainable development to understand the characteristics of urban transportation, many cities in China have realized the backbone role of rail transit in the development of urban transportation. Facing the fierce competition of public transportation, reasonable ticket price becomes the key to the sustainable development of urban rail transit. Therefore, it is of great significance for the healthy development of urban rail transit in China to explore the related problems of fare making from the practical point of view. In this paper, the theoretical basis of the urban rail transit fare formulation is deeply studied, and the principles and strategies of the rail transit pricing are determined by combining the relevant pricing theory and the ticket price model. The paper analyzes the four main factors that affect the pricing of rail transit: transportation cost, transportation market demand, residents' ability to pay and competition with other public transportation. Based on the bilevel programming model, the pricing model of urban rail transit is established, and the computer is used to calculate the pricing model. Finally, the bilevel programming model is used to solve the ticket price of Line 1 of Nanchang Rail Transit, and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
