京滬高速鐵路票價(jià)調(diào)整與優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:以京滬高速鐵路的市場(chǎng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)為背景,考慮不同交通工具的運(yùn)輸服務(wù)特性,建立廣義費(fèi)用函數(shù),通過(guò)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)確定模型參數(shù),結(jié)合Logit模型,分析客票收入與票價(jià)之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而得到客票收入大于目前收入的票價(jià)區(qū)間及收入達(dá)到最大時(shí)的票價(jià),對(duì)京滬高速鐵路票價(jià)調(diào)整提出建議方案。其次,在客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)細(xì)分的基礎(chǔ)上,調(diào)查旅客在不同旅行時(shí)間下對(duì)票價(jià)變化的敏感程度,從旅客時(shí)間價(jià)值入手研究高速鐵路旅行時(shí)間差別定價(jià)策略,以京滬高速鐵路北京-上海為例,給出差別定價(jià)方案,為鐵路企業(yè)定價(jià)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the market-oriented operation of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the background, considering the transport service characteristics of different means of transportation, the generalized cost function is established. The model parameters are determined by investigation data, and the relationship between ticket income and ticket price is analyzed with Logit model. Then we get the ticket price range where the ticket income is larger than the current income and the ticket price when the income reaches the maximum. The paper puts forward a proposal to adjust the ticket price of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. Secondly, on the basis of the segmentation of passenger transport market, this paper investigates the sensitivity of passengers to fare changes under different travel times, and studies the differential pricing strategy of high-speed railway travel time from the point of view of passenger time value. Taking Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, the differential pricing scheme is given to provide reference for railway enterprises.
