【摘要】：鐵路運輸業(yè)是我國綜合交通體系的重要組成部分,對保障人民出行、完善綜合運輸體系有著舉足輕重的作用。鐵路運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展是我國基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的重中之重,其發(fā)展水平和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r關(guān)系到我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的持續(xù)性和社會發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定性,同時對我國就業(yè)發(fā)揮著積極的促進(jìn)作用。本文旨在運用理論與實際相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,分析鐵路運輸業(yè)近十年的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,研究鐵路運輸業(yè)對我國就業(yè)的直接影響和間接影響。其中重點研究鐵路運輸業(yè)通過促進(jìn)我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而對我國就業(yè)發(fā)揮的積極影響作用。 本文系統(tǒng)梳理了現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)理論和研究成果,分析了鐵路運輸業(yè)的特點、地位和功能。收集數(shù)據(jù)并闡述了鐵路運輸業(yè)近十年來在客運量、貨運量、鐵路運輸業(yè)投資、營業(yè)里程等方面的發(fā)展情況和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。從鐵路運輸業(yè)對我國勞動力流動、勞動力供求和收入分配三個方面的影響入手,研究了鐵路運輸業(yè)對我國就業(yè)的直接影響。在間接影響方面,首先分析了鐵路運輸業(yè)通過帶動其他產(chǎn)業(yè),從而對我國就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響。重點分析了鐵路運輸業(yè)通過帶動我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的積極促進(jìn)作用。鐵路運輸業(yè)通過傳遞效應(yīng)、波及效應(yīng)和拉動效應(yīng)對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生影響,國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展又促進(jìn)我國就業(yè)。最后運用投入產(chǎn)出模型將鐵路運輸業(yè)對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和我國就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行量化,說明鐵路運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展在我國就業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中發(fā)揮的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Railway transportation is an important part of China's comprehensive transportation system, which plays an important role in ensuring people's travel and perfecting integrated transportation system. The development of railway transportation industry is the most important part of our country's infrastructure construction. Its development level and development condition are related to the sustainability of national economic development and the stability of social development, and play a positive role in promoting the employment of our country at the same time. The purpose of this paper is to combine theory with practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the development of railway transportation in the past ten years, and to study the direct and indirect influence of railway transportation on employment in China. This paper focuses on the positive influence of railway transportation on employment through promoting the development of our national economy. This paper systematically combs the existing relevant theories and research results, and analyzes the characteristics, status and functions of railway transportation industry. This paper collects data and expounds the development and present situation of railway transportation in the last ten years in terms of passenger, freight, investment and mileage. Starting with the influence of railway transportation on labor mobility, labor supply and demand and income distribution in China, this paper studies the direct influence of railway transportation on employment in China. In the aspect of indirect influence, the paper first analyzes the influence of railway transportation on employment of our country by driving other industries. This paper mainly analyzes the positive promoting effect of railway transportation on employment by driving the development of national economy in our country. Railway transportation affects the national economy through transfer effect, ripple effect and pull effect, and the development of national economy promotes employment in our country. Finally, the input-output model is used to quantify the impact of railway transportation on the national economy and employment in China, which shows that the development of railway transportation plays an important role in the process of employment development in China.
