【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)的日益凸顯,我國(guó)區(qū)域港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已從成本、質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何利用現(xiàn)有資源提高服務(wù)水準(zhǔn),成為當(dāng)前諸多港口企業(yè)面臨的重要課題。而以服務(wù)為核心的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,物流服務(wù)是其中最重要的一環(huán)。充分利用自身的口岸優(yōu)勢(shì),以先進(jìn)的軟硬件環(huán)境為依托,整合優(yōu)化港口資源,發(fā)展具有涵蓋物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)特點(diǎn)的港口綜合服務(wù)體系,已成為現(xiàn)代港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的大勢(shì)所趨。 港口物流作為現(xiàn)代綜合物流體系的樞紐與核心,在促進(jìn)區(qū)域物流要素聚集方面占有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)。港口物流融資的發(fā)展能有效解決中小企業(yè)擴(kuò)大再生產(chǎn)、提升貿(mào)易量的資金需求。目前國(guó)內(nèi)的中小企業(yè)因銀行的融資門(mén)檻高、審批手續(xù)繁瑣、時(shí)效性差等原因,常常錯(cuò)失商機(jī)。中小客戶(hù)可以通過(guò)港口物流融資既可以獲得“量身定做”的物流方案指導(dǎo),又可以獲得方便快捷的融資支持,真正為發(fā)展增添強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。 本文首先論述了龍口港在物流融資業(yè)務(wù)中的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,具體介紹了龍口港物流融資中的重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù),即倉(cāng)單質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)。通過(guò)層次分析法和灰靶理論建立了評(píng)價(jià)物流融資倉(cāng)單質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)。用表格的形式系統(tǒng)描述了龍口港對(duì)物流融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范。本文最后提出了結(jié)論及展望。
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of economic globalization, the competition among regional ports in China has changed from cost and quality competition to service competition. How to use existing resources to improve the service level has become an important issue facing many port enterprises. Logistics service is the most important part in the competition with service as the core. It has become the general trend of modern port competition to make full use of its port advantages, to integrate and optimize port resources, to develop a comprehensive port service system that covers the characteristics of various links in the logistics industry chain, relying on the advanced software and hardware environment. As the hub and core of modern integrated logistics system, port logistics has a unique advantage in promoting regional logistics elements aggregation. The development of port logistics financing can effectively solve the capital demand of small and medium-sized enterprises to expand reproduction and increase trade volume. At present, small and medium-sized enterprises in China often miss business opportunities because of the high threshold of bank financing, cumbersome examination and approval procedures, poor timeliness and other reasons. Through port logistics financing, small and medium-sized customers can not only get the guidance of "tailor-made" logistics scheme, but also obtain convenient and quick financing support, which can really add a strong impetus to the development. This paper first discusses the current situation and risk identification of Longkou Port in the logistics financing business, and introduces the key business in the logistics financing of Longkou Port, namely warehouse receipt pledge business. Through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the grey target theory, the operational risk system is established to evaluate the warehouse receipt pledge business of logistics financing. The paper systematically describes the prevention of logistics financing risk in Longkou Port in the form of tables. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are put forward.
