【摘要】：自集裝箱發(fā)明以來(lái),集裝箱運(yùn)輸行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,集裝箱碼頭也向著大型化的趨勢(shì)邁進(jìn),。而集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)的管理對(duì)于整個(gè)集裝箱碼頭作業(yè)又有著重要的作用,它的管理水平體現(xiàn)了整個(gè)碼頭的管理水平。 精益管理是源自于精益生產(chǎn)方式的一種管理哲學(xué)。與大批量的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)管理不一樣,精益管理是利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的作業(yè)流程來(lái)杜絕一切浪費(fèi)的一種管理方式。精益管理作為供應(yīng)鏈思想的重要組成部分,在各行各業(yè)都已經(jīng)得到廣泛推廣,成為有效的現(xiàn)代管理手段之一。 隨著對(duì)集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)管理的重視,國(guó)內(nèi)外碼頭企業(yè)紛紛引入精益管理這一在其他行業(yè)已經(jīng)得到證明的現(xiàn)代管理手段來(lái)查找、分析和解決集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)在管理和作業(yè)中遇到的問(wèn)題,提高了碼頭企業(yè)的作業(yè)效率,降低了作業(yè)成本。本文分析了集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)在管理和實(shí)際作業(yè)中遇到的問(wèn)題,引用精益管理手段,通過(guò)堆場(chǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)、流程化生產(chǎn)、均衡化生產(chǎn)、準(zhǔn)時(shí)化生產(chǎn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善等方法,闡述消除浪費(fèi)的方法,并提供能夠保證精益管理持續(xù)進(jìn)行的保障措施,達(dá)到提高集裝箱碼頭的整體作業(yè)效率、減少作業(yè)成本和保證安全生產(chǎn)的目的。集裝箱碼頭堆場(chǎng)的精益管理改進(jìn)可以提高集裝箱碼頭企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)外的碼頭企業(yè)實(shí)施精益管理有著重要的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since the invention of container, container transportation industry has developed rapidly, and container terminals are also moving towards the trend of large-scale. The management of container terminal yard plays an important role in the whole container terminal operation, and its management level reflects the management level of the whole terminal. Lean management is a kind of management philosophy derived from lean production mode. Unlike traditional production management in large quantities, lean management is a management method that uses standardized process to eliminate all waste. Lean management, as an important part of supply chain, has been widely spread in various industries and has become one of the effective modern management methods. With the importance of container terminal yard management, domestic and foreign wharf enterprises have introduced lean management, which has been proved in other industries to find out. This paper analyzes and solves the problems encountered in the management and operation of container terminal yard, improves the operation efficiency of the terminal enterprise, and reduces the operating cost. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the management and practical operation of the container terminal yard, uses the lean management means, through the standardized operation of the yard, the process production, the equalization production, the just-in-time production and the on-site improvement, etc. This paper expounds the methods of eliminating waste, and provides the safeguard measures which can guarantee the continuous carrying out of lean management, so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of container terminal, reduce the cost of operation and ensure the safety of production. The improvement of lean management of container terminal yard can improve the economic and social benefits of container terminal enterprises. It has important reference significance for domestic and foreign wharf enterprises to implement lean management.
