【摘要】:本文通過(guò)研究陽(yáng)江港項(xiàng)目投資,在詳盡分析陽(yáng)江港基本情況的基礎(chǔ)上,從項(xiàng)目投資的宏觀環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益測(cè)算、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析等方面對(duì)陽(yáng)江港碼頭建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投資方案的可行性進(jìn)行了論證,,為開(kāi)發(fā)投資決策機(jī)構(gòu)提供了決策依據(jù)。 本文分析陽(yáng)江港碼頭投資項(xiàng)目基本情況的基礎(chǔ)上,從項(xiàng)目投資宏觀環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益測(cè)算、投資敏感度等方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資方案的可行性進(jìn)行了論證,運(yùn)用乘數(shù)理論、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論、國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、集聚效應(yīng)等理論,通過(guò)使用調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、模擬法綜合陽(yáng)江港發(fā)展歷史及展望,形成陽(yáng)江港的項(xiàng)目投資的研究成果: 岸線資源成為港口行業(yè)發(fā)展最重要的要素。在吞吐量需求高速增長(zhǎng)、港口成為投資熱點(diǎn)的背景下,岸線資源因其具有不可再生性而成為港口行業(yè)最重要的要素,誰(shuí)掌握岸線資源誰(shuí)就具有港口開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)的主動(dòng)權(quán)。 通過(guò)采用投資項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系分析研究了該項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),得出本項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)償債能力較強(qiáng);在運(yùn)營(yíng)期內(nèi),經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)凈現(xiàn)金流均為正值,說(shuō)明本項(xiàng)目在財(cái)務(wù)上是可持續(xù)的,具有較強(qiáng)的生存能力。通過(guò)敏感性分析計(jì)算,本項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)上抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力較強(qiáng)。財(cái)務(wù)效益及抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力較好,具有一定的投資價(jià)值的結(jié)論。 通過(guò)測(cè)算港口投資的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響,并把它作為投資者和主管部門(mén)決策的參考,有利于趨利避害,加快港口的發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。隨著港口的發(fā)展,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也將越來(lái)越激烈,研究港口間合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響很有實(shí)際意義。 本文研究的主要成果:形成《陽(yáng)江港碼頭投資項(xiàng)目可行性分析》論文。
[Abstract]:Based on the detailed analysis of the basic situation of the Yangjiang Port, this paper calculates the macro environment and economic benefits of the project investment through the study of the Yangjiang Port project investment, and based on the detailed analysis of the basic situation of the Yangjiang Port, The feasibility of the investment scheme of Yangjiang wharf construction project is demonstrated from the aspects of project risk analysis, which provides the decision basis for the development of investment decision-making organization. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the investment project of Yangjiang port wharf, the feasibility of the project investment scheme is demonstrated from the aspects of project investment macro environment, economic benefit calculation and investment sensitivity, and the multiplier theory is used. The theory of urban economic growth, the theory of national competitive advantage and the theory of agglomeration effect, through the use of investigation method, literature research method and simulation method to synthesize the development history and prospect of Yangjiang Port, form the research results of Yangjiang Port project investment. Shoreline resources have become the most important factor in the development of port industry. With the rapid growth of throughput demand and the fact that the port has become an investment hotspot, the shoreline resources have become the most important element of the port industry because of their non-reproducibility, and whoever grasps the shoreline resources will have the initiative of port development and construction. By using the economic evaluation system of the investment project, the financial evaluation index and the economic evaluation of the project are analyzed and studied. It is concluded that the financial solvency of the project is relatively strong, and the net cash flow of the operating activities is all positive during the operation period. It shows that the project is financially sustainable and has strong viability. Through sensitivity analysis and calculation, the financial ability of this project is strong. Financial efficiency and risk-resistant ability is good, with a certain value of investment conclusions. By measuring the economic impact of port investment and taking it as the reference for investors and competent departments to make decisions, it is beneficial to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, speed up the development of ports and promote the development of local economy. With the development of ports, the competition will become more and more intense. It is very meaningful to study the economic impact of cooperation and competition between ports. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: the feasibility analysis of Yangjiang wharf investment project.
