【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快以及改革開放進(jìn)程的不斷加深,國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)日漸頻繁,國(guó)內(nèi)各大重要港口也迎來(lái)了全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,寧波港作為國(guó)內(nèi)重要的深水良港和國(guó)際資源配置中心,在全省大力發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì),推進(jìn)“三位一體”港航物流服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的背景下,進(jìn)一步完善港口服務(wù)能力、升級(jí)港口功能結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè)至關(guān)重要的課題。并且,海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐港是提高運(yùn)輸效率、增強(qiáng)港口服務(wù)能力、提升資源利用率的關(guān)鍵舉措,因而有必要在國(guó)內(nèi)重要港口建立海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐港。但是,考量寧波鎮(zhèn)海港的實(shí)際情況可知,受到鐵路設(shè)施不完善、港口基礎(chǔ)條件制約、港站分離問(wèn)題解決不利等原因的限制,寧波鎮(zhèn)海港的海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)遭遇發(fā)展瓶頸。基于此,,本文對(duì)寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流樞紐港建設(shè)研究這一課題展開深入研究,整合相關(guān)理論知識(shí),分析寧波鎮(zhèn)海港的海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)其中存在的問(wèn)題以及問(wèn)題成因,進(jìn)而以此為依據(jù),有針對(duì)性地提出利用當(dāng)前優(yōu)勢(shì)、克服現(xiàn)存不足,建設(shè)寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流樞紐港的具體策略。 本文第一部分,首先對(duì)重點(diǎn)理論進(jìn)行了概述。重點(diǎn)敘述了建設(shè)海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流樞紐港建設(shè)的要素構(gòu)成、基本功能、供應(yīng)鏈等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論以及建設(shè)海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流樞紐港的一般做法。 第二部分,歸納總結(jié)了寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。分別分析了寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)的開發(fā)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流行業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,以及鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)遭遇瓶頸的原因所在。 第三部分,立足寧波鎮(zhèn)海的實(shí)際情況,創(chuàng)新提出了寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流樞紐港建設(shè)的目標(biāo)及做法,形成了本文的核心研究成果,并期待本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容能夠切實(shí)對(duì)寧波鎮(zhèn)海大宗貨物海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流樞紐港的建設(shè)起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the deepening of the process of reform and opening up, domestic and foreign economic and trade exchanges have become increasingly frequent, and major domestic ports have ushered in new opportunities for development. As an important deep-water port and an international resource allocation center in China, Ningbo Port has further improved its port service capacity under the background of vigorously developing the marine economy and promoting the construction of a "three-in-one" port and shipping logistics service system. Upgrading the functional structure of the port is a crucial issue. In addition, the key measures to improve the transport efficiency, enhance the port service capacity and improve the utilization ratio of resources are the sea-rail transport hub port. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the sea-rail combined transport hub port in the domestic important port However, considering the actual situation of Zhenhai Port in Ningbo, it can be seen that the railway facilities are not perfect, the basic conditions of the port are restricted, and the problem of separation of port and station is solved unfavorable and so on, so the seaborne combined transport of Zhenhai Port in Ningbo has encountered the bottleneck of development. Based on this, this paper makes an in-depth study on the construction of Ningbo Zhenhai bulk cargo seaborne logistics hub port, integrates relevant theoretical knowledge, and analyzes the development status of Ningbo Zhenhai port's seaborne combined transport. This paper summarizes the existing problems and the causes of the problems, and based on them, puts forward the concrete strategy of building Ningbo Zhenhai bulk cargo sea railway combined logistics hub port by utilizing the current advantages, overcoming the existing shortcomings. The first part of this paper, first of all, the key theory is summarized. The essential elements, basic functions, supply chain and other related basic theories of the construction of seaborne combined transport logistics hub port are described in this paper, as well as the general practice of constructing sea railway combined transport logistics hub port. The second part, summarized the Ningbo Zhenhai bulk cargo sea-rail transport development present situation. This paper analyzes separately the development and construction status of bulk freight seaborne in Ningbo Zhenhai, the current operation situation of Ningbo Zhenhai bulk cargo seaborne logistics industry, and the reasons for the bottleneck encountered by Zhenhai bulk cargo seaborne combined transport. The third part, based on the actual situation of Ningbo Zhenhai, innovates and puts forward the objectives and methods of Ningbo Zhenhai bulk cargo combined transport logistics hub port construction, which forms the core research results of this paper. It is expected that the research content of this paper can play a positive role in the construction of Ningbo Zhenhai bulk cargo combined logistics port.
