基于班輪供應的生產企業(yè)原材料庫存策略仿真優(yōu)化

【摘要】:基于航運班輪運輸?shù)拇笞谠牧瞎⿷绞?模擬并研究大型生產企業(yè)庫存優(yōu)化問題。結合企業(yè)產成品日訂單需求量的概率分布、產量盈虧平衡點、流水線設計能力等確定庫存的隨機輸出量;依據(jù)訂貨量與班輪日歷確定庫存的輸入量及輸入時點,考慮原材料的庫存持有成本、訂貨成本、港口換裝成本、公路集卡運輸成本及缺貨成本建立仿真模型,并對所建模型的特殊性給予充分分析。依據(jù)時間步長法理念對仿真算法進行邏輯流程分析,采用解空間遍歷搜索方法獲得原材料采購環(huán)節(jié)的庫存優(yōu)化策略,利用MATLAB編程獲得特定算例的仿真最優(yōu)解。仿真結果表明訂貨量、班輪供貨間隔是左右?guī)齑娣抡嬗诚駜?yōu)化水平的核心要素。
[Abstract]:Based on the bulk raw material supply mode of shipping liner transportation, the inventory optimization problem of large production enterprises is simulated and studied. According to the probability distribution of order demand, the break-even point of production, the design ability of assembly line and so on, the random output quantity of inventory is determined, and the input quantity and input time point of inventory are determined according to order quantity and liner calendar. Considering the inventory holding cost, order cost, port transfer cost, highway card-gathering cost and shortage cost, the simulation model is established, and the particularity of the model is fully analyzed. According to the idea of time step method, the logic flow of the simulation algorithm is analyzed, the inventory optimization strategy of raw material purchasing link is obtained by traversal search method of solution space, and the simulation optimal solution of a given example is obtained by MATLAB programming. The simulation results show that the order quantity and liner supply interval are the core elements of the optimization level of inventory simulation image.
