【摘要】：不同形式的可達(dá)性指標(biāo)所揭示的交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施可達(dá)性特征具有差異性,客觀地將不同指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合以全面掌握可達(dá)性效應(yīng),對于科學(xué)評估交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施新建的效果具有重要意義。文章綜合運用GIS網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、Super-DEA、空間變差函數(shù)等多種研究方法,從空間相互作用成本和效益出發(fā),選取4種常用可達(dá)性指標(biāo)和本文構(gòu)建的綜合可達(dá)性指數(shù)分析了廈深高鐵開通引起的粵閩沿線地區(qū)可達(dá)性變化與空間分異特征。結(jié)果表明:廈深高鐵開通在整體上顯著降低廣東省城鎮(zhèn)出行時間的同時,擴(kuò)大了福建省城鎮(zhèn)空間相互作用潛力與吸引范圍;綜合可達(dá)性指數(shù)形成了以珠三角中東部地區(qū)為核心,向外圍逐漸遞減的空間分異特征,廣東省綜合可達(dá)性水平明顯優(yōu)于福建省;廈深高鐵的開通促進(jìn)了區(qū)域可達(dá)性公平性水平的提升,廣東清遠(yuǎn)、河源、潮州以及韶關(guān)部分地區(qū)、福建的龍巖、漳州等地綜合可達(dá)性指數(shù)變化有利于可達(dá)性空間公平性水平的提高;粵西和閩北地區(qū)、核心地域的珠三角東部和中部地區(qū)綜合可達(dá)性指數(shù)變化則引起了可達(dá)性空間差異的增加。
[Abstract]:The accessibility characteristics of traffic infrastructure revealed by different forms of accessibility indicators are different, so the different indicators can be synthesized objectively in order to fully grasp the accessibility effect. It is of great significance for scientific evaluation of the effect of new traffic infrastructure. In this paper, we use GIS network to analyze Super-DEA-spatial variation function and other research methods, and proceed from the cost and benefit of spatial interaction. Four commonly used reachability indexes and the comprehensive accessibility index constructed in this paper are selected to analyze the characteristics of accessibility and spatial differentiation in Guangdong and Fujian areas caused by the opening of Xiamen and Shenzhen high-speed railways. The results show that, while reducing the travel time of cities and towns in Guangdong Province, the urban spatial interaction potential and attraction range of Fujian Province have been enlarged, and the comprehensive accessibility index has taken the central and eastern areas of the Pearl River Delta as the core. The characteristics of spatial differentiation decreasing gradually to the periphery, the comprehensive accessibility level of Guangdong Province is obviously superior to that of Fujian Province; the opening of Xiamen and Shenzhen high-speed railways has promoted the improvement of regional accessibility fairness level. Qingyuan, Heyuan, Chaozhou and some parts of Shaoguan in Guangdong Province, The change of comprehensive accessibility index in Longyan, Zhangzhou and other places in Fujian is beneficial to the improvement of spatial equity level of accessibility. The variation of the comprehensive accessibility index in the eastern and central areas of the Pearl River Delta leads to the increase of the spatial difference of accessibility.
