【摘要】:隨著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,近年來航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)保持高速增長的勢頭,人們出行更加追求便捷、舒適和溫馨的個(gè)性化服務(wù)。面對民航旅客的新變化、新特點(diǎn)、新要求,機(jī)場VIP服務(wù)作為高端服務(wù)產(chǎn)品受到了前所未有的關(guān)注。內(nèi)蒙古民航機(jī)場通過實(shí)施主輔剝離和專業(yè)化重組,實(shí)現(xiàn)非航業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)化經(jīng)營,組建了內(nèi)蒙古空港貴賓服務(wù)有限公司(以下簡稱“內(nèi)蒙貴賓”)。正是在這兩項(xiàng)背景下,內(nèi)蒙空港貴賓服務(wù)有限公司如何能更好的順應(yīng)形勢的發(fā)展,增加競爭力,將自身業(yè)務(wù)做精做細(xì),使自己在市場中占有一席之地是其管理層一致關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。因此有必要對內(nèi)蒙貴賓的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析研究,為貴賓公司未來指出一條明確的發(fā)展道路。 本文通過對內(nèi)蒙空港貴賓服務(wù)有限公司所處背景、發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行闡述與回顧,從內(nèi)蒙貴賓所處宏觀環(huán)境與行業(yè)環(huán)境,自身具備的資源條件與能力條件四個(gè)緯度展開客觀分析,把脈內(nèi)蒙貴賓面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),自身優(yōu)勢與劣勢,借助于SWOT分析圖表,最終確定內(nèi)蒙貴賓的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是:成為中國北方地區(qū)服務(wù)一流、品質(zhì)卓越、功能齊全的要客服務(wù)運(yùn)營商,將自身鍛造成一支在國內(nèi)貴賓行業(yè)頗具影響力的貴賓服務(wù)品牌。繼而提出內(nèi)蒙貴賓應(yīng)該制定并具體實(shí)施資源擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略、品牌戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略、市場戰(zhàn)略、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化戰(zhàn)略這六項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略來實(shí)現(xiàn)該戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。期望內(nèi)蒙貴賓通過實(shí)施本文提出的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,成為國內(nèi)貴賓行業(yè)的典范,獨(dú)創(chuàng)出一套可供其他類似貴賓企業(yè)效仿的發(fā)展模式。 通過本文的撰寫,為內(nèi)蒙貴賓管理層從全方位角度了解公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境提供客觀依據(jù)。希望本文所提出的內(nèi)蒙貴賓清晰化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能為管理層提供借鑒,為其今后的工作做出指導(dǎo)。同時(shí)引發(fā)更多的學(xué)者和專家關(guān)注機(jī)場貴賓行業(yè),對貴賓這個(gè)新興行業(yè)進(jìn)行探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in our country, the air transportation industry has maintained the momentum of rapid growth in recent years, people travel more convenient, comfortable and warm personalized service. Facing the new changes, new features and new requirements of civil aviation passengers, airport VIP service as a high-end service product has received unprecedented attention. The Inner Mongolia civil aviation airport realizes the specialized operation of non-aviation business through the implementation of main and auxiliary stripping and specialized reorganization, and sets up Inner Mongolia Airport VIP Service Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Inner Mongolia VIPs). It is in these two backgrounds that how can Inner Mongolia Airport VIP Service Co., Ltd. Better adapt to the development of the situation, increase its competitiveness, and make its own business more detailed? Making yourself a place in the market is the focus of its management. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the development strategy of Inner Mongolia VIPs, and point out a clear development path for VIPs in the future. Based on the background and development history of Inner Mongolia Airport VIP Service Co., Ltd., this paper makes an objective analysis from the macro environment and industry environment of Inner Mongolia VIP, the resource conditions and capability conditions of Inner Mongolia VIPs. With the help of SWOT analysis chart, the strategic goal of Inner Mongolia VIPs is to become a first-class service, excellent quality and excellent quality in the northern part of China, taking into account the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages faced by the Inner Mongolia VIPs, and with the help of the SWOT analysis chart, The fully functional customer service operator has forged itself into an influential VIP service brand in the domestic VIP industry. Then the author puts forward that Inner Mongolia VIPs should formulate and implement the six strategies of resource expansion, product strategy, brand strategy, human resource strategy, market strategy and network information strategy to realize this strategic goal. It is expected that the Inner Mongolia VIPs will become the model of domestic VIP industry by implementing the development strategy proposed in this paper and create a new development model for other similar VIP enterprises. Through the writing of this paper, provide objective basis for Inner Mongolia VIP management to understand the internal and external environment of the company from a comprehensive perspective. It is hoped that the development strategy of Inner Mongolia VIPs presented in this paper can provide reference to the management and guide its future work. At the same time, more scholars and experts pay attention to the airport VIP industry, to explore this new industry.
