【摘要】：隨著錦州市及遼西地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平的不斷提高,錦州目前機(jī)場的規(guī)模和提供的服務(wù)水平已經(jīng)不能滿足腹地社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求。為了適應(yīng)遼西地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需求,提高當(dāng)?shù)氐木C合交通運輸服務(wù)水平,有必要進(jìn)行新機(jī)場建設(shè)。 為了為錦州新建機(jī)場合理選擇修建方案,本文首先針對錦州及遼西的地區(qū)的交通系統(tǒng),機(jī)場發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特征進(jìn)行較為全面的分析,從而全面掌握當(dāng)?shù)氐拿窈桨l(fā)展需求。 其次,為了確定新建機(jī)場的規(guī)模,服務(wù)范圍以及功能定位,本文以現(xiàn)狀遼西地區(qū)交通運輸系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),科學(xué)合理預(yù)測了新機(jī)場建成后航空業(yè)務(wù)量,并對機(jī)場進(jìn)行合理的功能定位。 最后,在民航總局相關(guān)政策規(guī)定和已有學(xué)術(shù)研究基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出新建機(jī)場方案綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,并提出采用因子分析法,對錦州新建機(jī)場的七個預(yù)選方案進(jìn)行評價,從而給出錦州新建機(jī)場的選址建議,為錦州新建機(jī)場的選址建設(shè)提供了十分重要的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in Jinzhou and western Liaoning and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the scale and service level of the airport in Jinzhou at present can not meet the needs of social and economic development in hinterland. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development in western Liaoning and improve the level of comprehensive transportation service, it is necessary to build new airports. In order to reasonably choose the construction scheme for the newly built airport in Jinzhou, this paper firstly analyzes the traffic system, airport development and the social and economic development status and characteristics of Jinzhou and western Liaoning. In order to fully grasp the local civil aviation development needs. Secondly, in order to determine the scale, service range and function orientation of the new airport, this paper, based on the present situation of the transportation system in western Liaoning, scientifically and reasonably predicts the aviation business volume after the new airport is completed. And carries on the reasonable function localization to the airport. Finally, on the basis of the relevant policies of CAAC and the existing academic research, this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation index system of the new airport scheme, and proposes to use factor analysis method to evaluate the seven pre-selection schemes of Jinzhou new airport. The suggestion of selecting the new airport in Jinzhou is given, which provides a very important reference for the construction of the new airport in Jinzhou.
