【摘要】：在國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控的背景下,鐵路作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,被稱(chēng)作國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)大動(dòng)脈,為社會(huì)的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)大的運(yùn)力保障。其中,貨物運(yùn)輸不僅擔(dān)負(fù)國(guó)家重要戰(zhàn)略物資的輸送任務(wù),還承擔(dān)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)、生活必需物資的輸送任務(wù)。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,物流行業(yè)也迅速進(jìn)入現(xiàn)代物流時(shí)代。傳統(tǒng)的鐵路貨運(yùn)站,無(wú)論是陳舊的設(shè)備,還是單一的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,都離現(xiàn)代物流的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有很大的差距,無(wú)法適應(yīng)旅客服務(wù)高層次和多樣化的需求,成為鐵路貨運(yùn)發(fā)展的制約。因此,非常有必要對(duì)鐵路貨場(chǎng)向現(xiàn)代物流的轉(zhuǎn)化進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和研究。 本文主要基于以上背景,對(duì)北京鐵路局雙橋站貨場(chǎng)物流化改造項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行規(guī)劃研究,同時(shí)論證其經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性的分析和評(píng)價(jià)。論文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外鐵路貨場(chǎng)物流化的研究現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)用SWOT分析的手段,論證了雙橋貨場(chǎng)物流化改造項(xiàng)目的外部環(huán)境和威脅,內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢(shì)和問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出戰(zhàn)略選擇策略。然后,詳細(xì)論述了雙橋貨場(chǎng)具體的規(guī)劃改造思路以及業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)整方向和轉(zhuǎn)型定位。論文在項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的最后進(jìn)行了初步的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià),確定項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目的不確定性進(jìn)行分析,確保項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控。 論文通過(guò)對(duì)雙橋貨場(chǎng)的規(guī)劃研究來(lái)探討如何基于現(xiàn)有資源,通過(guò)重新市場(chǎng)角色定位,調(diào)整辦理類(lèi)型,增加鐵路貨運(yùn)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提升貨運(yùn)綜合服務(wù)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)完成鐵路貨場(chǎng)的物流化轉(zhuǎn)型的目的。對(duì)與雙橋貨場(chǎng)類(lèi)似的鐵路貨場(chǎng)在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流運(yùn)輸方面提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of national macro-control, railway, as an important infrastructure for the development of national economy, is called the artery of national economy, which provides strong transportation capacity guarantee for the development of society. Among them, the cargo transportation not only undertakes the important strategic goods transportation task, but also undertakes the social production, the life essential material transportation task. With the development of social economy, the logistics industry has entered the modern logistics era. The traditional railway freight station, whether it is old equipment or a single management mode, is far from the standard of modern logistics, and can not meet the needs of high level and diversified passenger service, which has become the restriction of railway freight transport development. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and study the transformation of railway freight yard to modern logistics. Based on the above background, this paper plans and studies the logistics transformation project of Shuangqiao Railway Station of Beijing Railway Administration, and proves its economic feasibility analysis and evaluation. This paper briefly introduces the research status of logistics of railway freight yard at home and abroad, and demonstrates the external environment and threat, inherent advantages and problems of the logistics transformation project of double bridge freight yard by means of SWOT analysis. On this basis, the strategic choice strategy is put forward. Then, the paper discusses the planning and transformation of Shuangqiao Freight Yard in detail, as well as the direction of business adjustment and the orientation of transformation. At the end of the project planning, the paper makes a preliminary financial evaluation to determine the economic feasibility of the project. Finally, the uncertainty of the project is analyzed to ensure that the risk of project development is controlled. Based on the existing resources, the thesis discusses how to reposition the market role, adjust the types of handling, increase the market competitiveness of railway freight products, and improve the quality of freight integrated service through the planning and research of Shuangqiao Freight Yard. Achieve the purpose of logistics transformation of railway freight yard. It provides some reference for railway freight yard which is similar to double bridge freight yard in developing modern logistics transportation.
