【摘要】：在國家宏觀調(diào)控的背景下,鐵路作為國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要基礎設施,被稱作國民經(jīng)濟大動脈,為社會的發(fā)展提供強大的運力保障。其中,貨物運輸不僅擔負國家重要戰(zhàn)略物資的輸送任務,還承擔社會生產(chǎn)、生活必需物資的輸送任務。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,物流行業(yè)也迅速進入現(xiàn)代物流時代。傳統(tǒng)的鐵路貨運站,無論是陳舊的設備,還是單一的經(jīng)營模式,都離現(xiàn)代物流的標準有很大的差距,無法適應旅客服務高層次和多樣化的需求,成為鐵路貨運發(fā)展的制約。因此,非常有必要對鐵路貨場向現(xiàn)代物流的轉(zhuǎn)化進行規(guī)劃和研究。 本文主要基于以上背景,對北京鐵路局雙橋站貨場物流化改造項目的進行規(guī)劃研究,同時論證其經(jīng)濟可行性的分析和評價。論文簡單介紹了國內(nèi)外鐵路貨場物流化的研究現(xiàn)狀,應用SWOT分析的手段,論證了雙橋貨場物流化改造項目的外部環(huán)境和威脅,內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢和問題,并在此基礎上提出戰(zhàn)略選擇策略。然后,詳細論述了雙橋貨場具體的規(guī)劃改造思路以及業(yè)務調(diào)整方向和轉(zhuǎn)型定位。論文在項目規(guī)劃的最后進行了初步的財務評價,確定項目的經(jīng)濟可行性。最后對項目的不確定性進行分析,確保項目開發(fā)風險可控。 論文通過對雙橋貨場的規(guī)劃研究來探討如何基于現(xiàn)有資源,通過重新市場角色定位,調(diào)整辦理類型,增加鐵路貨運產(chǎn)品市場競爭力,提升貨運綜合服務質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)完成鐵路貨場的物流化轉(zhuǎn)型的目的。對與雙橋貨場類似的鐵路貨場在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流運輸方面提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of national macro-control, railway, as an important infrastructure for the development of national economy, is called the artery of national economy, which provides strong transportation capacity guarantee for the development of society. Among them, the cargo transportation not only undertakes the important strategic goods transportation task, but also undertakes the social production, the life essential material transportation task. With the development of social economy, the logistics industry has entered the modern logistics era. The traditional railway freight station, whether it is old equipment or a single management mode, is far from the standard of modern logistics, and can not meet the needs of high level and diversified passenger service, which has become the restriction of railway freight transport development. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and study the transformation of railway freight yard to modern logistics. Based on the above background, this paper plans and studies the logistics transformation project of Shuangqiao Railway Station of Beijing Railway Administration, and proves its economic feasibility analysis and evaluation. This paper briefly introduces the research status of logistics of railway freight yard at home and abroad, and demonstrates the external environment and threat, inherent advantages and problems of the logistics transformation project of double bridge freight yard by means of SWOT analysis. On this basis, the strategic choice strategy is put forward. Then, the paper discusses the planning and transformation of Shuangqiao Freight Yard in detail, as well as the direction of business adjustment and the orientation of transformation. At the end of the project planning, the paper makes a preliminary financial evaluation to determine the economic feasibility of the project. Finally, the uncertainty of the project is analyzed to ensure that the risk of project development is controlled. Based on the existing resources, the thesis discusses how to reposition the market role, adjust the types of handling, increase the market competitiveness of railway freight products, and improve the quality of freight integrated service through the planning and research of Shuangqiao Freight Yard. Achieve the purpose of logistics transformation of railway freight yard. It provides some reference for railway freight yard which is similar to double bridge freight yard in developing modern logistics transportation.
