某航天企業(yè)青年科技人才能力和作風培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:本論文在前人研究的基礎上,以某航天企業(yè)為研究對象,結合國內外研究的基本理論與現(xiàn)狀,以問卷調查的方式,對航天企業(yè)青年科技人才隊伍現(xiàn)狀進行了深入的調查與分析,并根據(jù)分析結果,得出各種阻礙激發(fā)員工能力的因素,對有關提升青年員工能力的機制、方法、措施等方面進行探討,提出了航天企業(yè)青年科技人才隊伍能力提升和作風培養(yǎng)的有效措施。本文的主要結論如下: 第一,根據(jù)人才培養(yǎng)和人才成長的規(guī)律,結合未來國際一流宇航企業(yè)對青年人才科研能力和科學作風的實際需求,面對新的形勢和新的環(huán)境,探討了制約青年人才隊伍能力發(fā)展的因素,明確了快速提升青年科技人才隊伍能力建設具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 第二,針對航天企業(yè)科技人才隊伍建設的實際現(xiàn)狀,分析該企業(yè)青年科技人才隊伍目前存在的問題及薄弱環(huán)節(jié),借鑒知名企業(yè)及航天系統(tǒng)各單位的先進經(jīng)驗做法,對如何快速提升航天青年科技人才隊伍能力和作風培養(yǎng)提出了具體工作思路和措施。為促進青年人才快速成長,培養(yǎng)造就一批政治立場堅定、作風嚴謹、無私奉獻、學術技術造詣較深、勇于創(chuàng)新的科技人才隊伍,推動航天事業(yè)快速發(fā)展提供有力的人才保障。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the previous research, this paper takes a spaceflight enterprise as the research object, combines the basic theory and present situation of domestic and foreign research, carries on the thorough investigation and the analysis to the spaceflight enterprise youth science and technology talented person troop present situation by the way of questionnaire investigation. According to the results of the analysis, the factors that hinder the ability of staff are obtained, and the mechanism, methods and measures of improving the ability of young employees are discussed. The effective measures to improve the ability and cultivate the style of young scientific and technological talents in aerospace enterprises are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First, according to the law of talent training and talent growth, and in the light of the actual needs of the international first-class aerospace enterprises for the scientific research ability and scientific style of young people in the future, facing the new situation and new environment, This paper probes into the factors restricting the development of young talents' ability, and clarifies that it is of great practical significance to rapidly promote the construction of young scientific and technological talents' ability. Second, in view of the actual situation of the construction of scientific and technological talents in aerospace enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems and weak links of the young scientific and technological talents in this enterprise, and draws lessons from the advanced experience and practices of well-known enterprises and various units of the aerospace system. This paper puts forward concrete working ideas and measures on how to improve the ability and style training of young spaceflight science and technology talents. In order to promote the rapid growth of young talents, train and cultivate a group of scientific and technological talents with firm political stand, strict style, selfless dedication, deep academic and technical attainments, courage to innovate, and promote the rapid development of the aerospace industry to provide a strong talent guarantee.
