港口貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)與決策支持系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化正在從簡(jiǎn)單產(chǎn)品的單項(xiàng)應(yīng)用向復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的集成優(yōu)化發(fā)展,從戰(zhàn)術(shù)層面開(kāi)始上升到戰(zhàn)略層面,借助信息技術(shù)對(duì)現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析和挖掘,使其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠髽I(yè)的決策信息,從而提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)是企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的需要。當(dāng)前如何提高港口企業(yè)的運(yùn)作效率、庫(kù)場(chǎng)占有率,提高港口企業(yè)的計(jì)劃、調(diào)度信息準(zhǔn)確性,合理安排港口貨運(yùn)計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作,已成為港口企業(yè)管理者共同關(guān)注的課題。而這些目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)依賴(lài)于對(duì)港口貨運(yùn)數(shù)據(jù)全方位、多維度的深入統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從而挖掘數(shù)據(jù)背后隱藏的有價(jià)值的決策信息。當(dāng)前港口企業(yè)貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)僅局限于對(duì)固定報(bào)表單純的數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)、數(shù)據(jù)羅列,上報(bào)集團(tuán)的報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù)也是各分公司統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的簡(jiǎn)單匯總,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)跨系統(tǒng)的、多維度的綜合分析、預(yù)測(cè)決策功能,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,而決策支持系統(tǒng)在這方面能恰到好處的發(fā)揮作用。 本文基于當(dāng)前港口貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,提出建立港口貨運(yùn)決策支持系統(tǒng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)港口貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析需求。論文主要工作如下:首先詳細(xì)分析總結(jié)了當(dāng)前港口貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題;其次進(jìn)行港口貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)的需求分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出港口企業(yè)決策支持系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及使用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并以廣州港集團(tuán)港口集疏運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析為例說(shuō)明港口貨運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)決策支持系統(tǒng)的分析模型及數(shù)據(jù)模型設(shè)計(jì);最后以廣州港集團(tuán)集疏運(yùn)統(tǒng)計(jì)為例,運(yùn)用Cognos智能報(bào)表分析工具進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, informatization is developing from the single application of simple products to the integration optimization of complex products, from tactical level to strategic level, with the help of information technology to statistics, analysis and mining of existing data. It is necessary for the development of enterprise informatization to change it into enterprise decision information and improve the competitive advantage of enterprise. At present, how to improve the operation efficiency of the port enterprise, the occupation rate of the warehouse, the plan of the port enterprise, the accuracy of the information scheduling, the reasonable arrangement of the port freight plan and the production operation, have become the common concern of the managers of the port enterprise. The realization of these goals depends on the comprehensive and multi-dimensional statistical analysis of port cargo data, so as to mine the valuable decision-making information hidden behind the data. At present, the port enterprise cargo statistics is limited to the simple data query of the fixed report forms, the list of data, the report data reported to the group is also a simple summary of the statistical data of each branch, and it cannot realize the comprehensive analysis of cross-system and multi-dimension. Predictive decision function can not achieve effective statistical analysis, and decision support system can play a proper role in this aspect. Based on the current status of port cargo statistics, this paper puts forward the establishment of port cargo decision support system, so as to meet the demand of port cargo statistics analysis. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the status quo and existing problems of port cargo statistics are analyzed and summarized in detail; secondly, the demand analysis of port cargo statistics is carried out. On this basis, the key technologies of the structure design and application of the port enterprise decision support system are put forward, and the analysis model and data model design of the port freight statistics decision support system are illustrated by the statistical analysis of the port gathering and distribution of Guangzhou Port Group. Finally, taking Guangzhou Port Group as an example, the Cognos intelligent report analysis tool is used to realize the system.
