【摘要】：正京杭大運(yùn)河,是中國歷史上與長城齊名的千年人工工程,是中華文明的標(biāo)志之一,也是中華民族的名片之一。自1855年黃河改道造成運(yùn)河部分河段斷航,至今已有一百多年。在即將迎來中華民族偉大復(fù)興的今天,我提議,國家組織全線恢復(fù)京杭大運(yùn)河。全線恢復(fù)京杭大運(yùn)河,指的是實(shí)施北段運(yùn)河復(fù)航工程,全線恢復(fù)京杭大運(yùn)河的河道、水面和航運(yùn)。目前,1300多公
[Abstract]:Zhengjing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is a millennium artificial project with the Great Wall in Chinese history. It is one of the symbols of Chinese civilization and one of the business cards of the Chinese nation. It has been more than one hundred years since 1855 when the Yellow River was diverted and some sections of the canal were cut off. On the eve of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, I propose that the state organize the restoration of the Grand Canal. The restoration of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal on the whole line refers to the implementation of the Northern Section of the Canal and the restoration of the channel, water surface and shipping of the Grand Canal.
