煙花爆竹集裝箱內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸自動(dòng)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:煙花爆竹業(yè)制造是我國的一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),迄今已有1400多年的歷史。我國是煙花爆竹生產(chǎn)大國,產(chǎn)量約占全球的90%,這些煙花爆竹大部分通過內(nèi)河港口裝船后轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至海港外運(yùn)或直接出口。煙花爆竹屬于危險(xiǎn)貨物,具有爆炸危險(xiǎn)特性,當(dāng)受到撞擊、振動(dòng)、摩擦或接觸高溫、火源時(shí)有可能發(fā)生爆炸。在進(jìn)行煙花爆竹集裝箱的裝卸、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸?shù)茸鳂I(yè)過程中,有發(fā)生爆炸事故的危險(xiǎn),以致造成人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。 本文在充分考慮我國內(nèi)河航運(yùn)的實(shí)際發(fā)展情況和煙花爆竹集裝箱運(yùn)輸特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究成果,研究開發(fā)了煙花爆竹集裝箱內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸自動(dòng)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),解決了煙花爆竹集裝箱在水路運(yùn)輸過程中的狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)采集及無線傳輸?shù)燃夹g(shù)問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了煙花爆竹集裝箱在水上運(yùn)輸過程中的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和跟蹤。 本文通過判斷煙花爆竹的理化特性并進(jìn)行了感度的定性分析,確定了煙花爆竹運(yùn)輸過程中需要監(jiān)測的物理量,同時(shí)結(jié)合內(nèi)河集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)膶?shí)際需要,確定了船舶航行所需的其他必備輔助要素。 本文對監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),提出了包括數(shù)據(jù)采集層、現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控層、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸層和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控層的四層架構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了應(yīng)急輔助決策支持方案。該系統(tǒng)通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)采集信息的無障礙交互,現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測和遠(yuǎn)程遙測可以及時(shí)獲取煙花爆竹集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)膭?dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),能及時(shí)掌握運(yùn)輸船舶各項(xiàng)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)變化。通過輔助應(yīng)急決策方案的生成,能夠加強(qiáng)煙花爆竹集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)谋O(jiān)測力度,提高監(jiān)測的精度,縮短響應(yīng)的時(shí)間,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。 本文搭建了船載數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控平臺,船載數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺提供船舶狀態(tài)信息并實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)警,同時(shí)將與事件相關(guān)聯(lián)的當(dāng)前船舶信息以及歷史信息,進(jìn)行分析整理并形成數(shù)據(jù)包。通過船岸通信系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)發(fā)送到遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),兩個(gè)平臺之間雙向通信,實(shí)時(shí)互聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Fireworks manufacturing is a traditional industry in China, which has a history of more than 1400 years. China is a big producer of fireworks and firecrackers, which account for about 90% of the world's total output. Most of these fireworks are shipped through inland ports and then transported to the port for direct export. Fireworks and firecrackers belong to dangerous goods and have dangerous characteristics of explosion. Explosion may occur when hit, vibrated, rubbed or in contact with high temperature. In the process of handling, storing and transporting fireworks containers, there is a danger of explosion, which results in casualties and property losses. On the basis of fully considering the actual development of inland waterway shipping in China and the characteristics of fireworks container transportation, this paper analyzes the existing research results at home and abroad, and develops an automatic monitoring system for fireworks and firecracker container inland waterway transportation. The technical problems of state data acquisition and wireless transmission of fireworks container in the course of waterway transportation are solved, and the remote real-time state monitoring and tracking of fireworks container in the course of water transportation is realized. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of fireworks and firecrackers are judged and the physical quantities to be monitored during the transportation of fireworks and firecrackers are determined by qualitative analysis of sensitivity, and at the same time, the actual needs of container transportation of inland rivers are combined. Other necessary auxiliary elements for the navigation of the ship are determined. In this paper, the overall architecture of the monitoring system is designed, and a four-layer architecture including the data acquisition layer, the field monitoring layer, the data transmission layer and the remote monitoring layer is proposed, which realizes the emergency auxiliary decision support scheme. Through the GPRS network, the system can realize the barrier-free interaction of collecting information, the dynamic data of the container transportation of fireworks and firecrackers can be obtained in time, and the monitoring data of the transportation ship can be grasped in time. Through the generation of auxiliary emergency decision scheme, the monitoring of container transportation of fireworks and firecrackers can be strengthened, the accuracy of monitoring can be improved, the response time can be shortened, and remote monitoring can be realized. In this paper, a shipborne data service platform and a remote monitoring platform are built. The shipborne data service platform provides ship status information and realizes early warning. At the same time, the current ship information and historical information associated with the event will be realized. Analyze and organize and form data packets. It is automatically sent to the remote data monitoring system through the ship-shore communication system. The two platforms communicate in two directions and are connected in real time.
