【摘要】：本文主要論述了對DF航空公司航站組織管理改進模式的思考。首先對當(dāng)今國際、國內(nèi)民航機場的現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理,國內(nèi)民航機場呈現(xiàn)出“機場規(guī)模差異大”、“代理人具有壟斷性”、“代理理念參差不齊”以及“業(yè)務(wù)能力不強”等特點,根據(jù)此現(xiàn)狀得出結(jié)論:航空公司要實現(xiàn)其戰(zhàn)略意圖,必須建立起一套統(tǒng)一的、集權(quán)的、專業(yè)的航站管理模式,提升航站運行保障能力,實現(xiàn)航站產(chǎn)品一致性的目標(biāo)。對照這個目標(biāo),本文詳細(xì)研究了DF航空公司航站管理的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,從“行政管理”、“業(yè)務(wù)管理”、“預(yù)算管理”以及“考核管理”這四個方面思考現(xiàn)存的問題并提出改進方案。筆者參考了國際、國內(nèi)標(biāo)桿航空公司航站管理的模型,分析利弊,從中探尋DF航空公司的航站組織管理改進模式。為實現(xiàn)組織機構(gòu)改進“成本最低、效果較佳”的目標(biāo),本文進行了組織變革和流程再造方面的理論性研究,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,從“航站組織管理機構(gòu)設(shè)置”、“樞紐航站設(shè)置”、“非樞紐航站設(shè)置”、“長效和及時管理”、“KPI考核指標(biāo)設(shè)計”等方面入手,筆者提出了新的改進方案。在完成了對DF航空公司航站組織管理模式改進方案的設(shè)計之后,本文對此次組織變革設(shè)計的實施結(jié)果進行了風(fēng)險評估,找出組織變革過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題,并制定預(yù)警應(yīng)對措施。本文所有的觀點都是筆者通過日常的工作積累,在借鑒外航先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析和理論研究不斷提煉而出的。希望這些理論模型的研究能夠在日后的工作中加以實踐運用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the improvement mode of DF airline terminal organization and management. First of all, the present situation of domestic civil aviation airport is combed. The domestic civil aviation airport has the characteristics of "airport scale difference", "agent has monopoly", "agent concept is not uniform" and "business ability is not strong", etc. According to the present situation, it is concluded that in order to realize its strategic intention, airlines must establish a unified, centralized and professional terminal management model, enhance the terminal operation support ability and achieve the goal of terminal product consistency. In view of this goal, this paper studies the history and present situation of DF airline terminal management in detail, from "administrative management", "business management", "Budget management" and "examination management" are four aspects to consider the existing problems and put forward improvement plans. The author refers to the international and domestic benchmarking airline terminal management model, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, and explores the improved model of DF airline terminal organization and management. In order to achieve the goal of "lowest cost and better effect", this paper has carried out theoretical research on organizational change and process reengineering. According to the results of the research, from the point of view of "setting up the organization and management organization of the terminal" and "setting up the terminal terminal", Starting with "non-hub terminal setting", "long-term effective and timely management", "KPI assessment index design" and so on, the author puts forward a new improvement scheme. After completing the design of the improvement scheme of DF airline terminal organization management model, this paper carries on the risk assessment to the implementation result of the organizational change design, and finds out the possible problems in the process of the organization change. And to formulate early warning and response measures. All the viewpoints of this paper are extracted by the author through the accumulation of daily work, on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign airlines, through data analysis and theoretical research. It is hoped that the research of these theoretical models can be applied in the future.
