大型貨船物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的仿真研究

【摘要】:船舶物流是現(xiàn)代物流的重要組成部分,對(duì)大型貨船內(nèi)部的物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行仿真,可以比較直觀地觀察物資的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)流程、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程中資源的調(diào)度狀態(tài)等,進(jìn)而可以對(duì)物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)方案的合理性、貨船物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的性能等進(jìn)行分析。 本文首先分析了某大型貨船物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的組成、物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)流程及特點(diǎn),并總結(jié)了影響物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)流程的各種因素。通過(guò)分析可知,采用Petri網(wǎng)對(duì)物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行建模,可以有效地表達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)、異步、沖突、資源共享等現(xiàn)象。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文總結(jié)了對(duì)物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行層次化建模的步驟,并采用層次著色Petri網(wǎng)對(duì)物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了建模。 為了對(duì)物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程Petri網(wǎng)模型進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,,本文設(shè)計(jì)了物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)Petri網(wǎng)仿真模塊。采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),分析了Petri網(wǎng)仿真運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ),并通過(guò)最小事件調(diào)度法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)Petri網(wǎng)模型的動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行。在仿真過(guò)程中,若物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)方案未知,則運(yùn)用基于規(guī)則的啟發(fā)式算法,計(jì)算出轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)資源的調(diào)度方案,并在此方案下完成轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程的仿真,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了Petri網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)仿真與調(diào)度方案生成的融合。仿真結(jié)束后,通過(guò)對(duì)仿真數(shù)據(jù)的綜合分析,計(jì)算貨船物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的多種性能指標(biāo),并確定轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過(guò)程中存在的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)瓶頸,為后續(xù)貨船物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)流程的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。 本文采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)了基于Petri網(wǎng)的大型貨船物資轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)仿真系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了Petri網(wǎng)模型的創(chuàng)建、存取、仿真及仿真數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等功能,并通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性。同時(shí)通過(guò)實(shí)例證明本系統(tǒng)具有一定的通用性,可作為動(dòng)態(tài)離散事件系統(tǒng)的建模、仿真工具。
[Abstract]:Ship logistics is an important part of modern logistics. To simulate the material transfer process of large cargo ship, we can observe the transfer process of goods and materials, the scheduling state of resources in the process of transshipment and so on. Then the rationality of material transfer scheme and the performance of cargo ship material transfer system can be analyzed. In this paper, the composition, process and characteristics of the material transfer system of a large cargo ship are analyzed, and the factors influencing the material transfer process are summarized. Through the analysis we can know that using Petri net to model the material transfer process can effectively express the phenomena of concurrency asynchrony conflict and resource sharing in the process of transshipment. On this basis, this paper summarizes the steps of hierarchical modeling of material transfer process, and uses hierarchical colored Petri nets to model the material transfer process. In order to dynamically simulate the Petri net model of material transfer process, the simulation module of Petri net is designed in this paper. Based on the object-oriented technology, the paper analyzes the foundation of Petri net simulation, and realizes the dynamic operation of Petri net model of material transportation by means of minimum event scheduling method. In the simulation process, if the material transfer scheme is unknown, the scheduling scheme of the transfer resources is calculated by using the heuristic algorithm based on rules, and the simulation of the transfer process is completed under this scheme. Thus, the integration of dynamic simulation and scheduling scheme generation of Petri net is realized. After the simulation, through the comprehensive analysis of the simulation data, a variety of performance indexes of cargo ship material transfer system are calculated, and the transfer bottlenecks in the process of transshipment are determined, which provides a reference for the design of the subsequent cargo ship material transfer process. In this paper, an object oriented simulation system based on Petri net for large cargo ship is developed. The functions of Petri net modeling, access, simulation and statistical analysis of simulation data are realized, and the practicability of the system is verified by an example. At the same time, it is proved that the system is universal and can be used as a modeling and simulation tool for dynamic discrete event systems.
