【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代物流的不斷發(fā)展,集裝箱物流成為現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的重要領(lǐng)域。近年來,隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)對于港口倚重的增強(qiáng),以及2003年中共中央、國務(wù)院推出了振興東北老工業(yè)基地的戰(zhàn)略決策,為遼寧沿海港口集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)募铀侔l(fā)展提供了重大機(jī)遇。 與此同時,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息化的推動下,現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)從為社會提供傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)擴(kuò)展到以現(xiàn)代科技和信息技術(shù)為支撐的綜合物流服務(wù)。錦州港集裝箱物流體系擁有發(fā)展港口物流服務(wù)的特有的資源優(yōu)勢,同時也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),如何順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代港口物流發(fā)展趨勢,應(yīng)對機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),探索集裝箱事業(yè)發(fā)展思路,成為錦州港目前需要解決的重要問題。選擇發(fā)展港口物流服務(wù),尤其是集裝箱物流服務(wù),是當(dāng)前錦州港在競爭日趨激烈形勢下的必然選擇,因此尋求關(guān)于發(fā)展錦州港集裝箱物流的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略至關(guān)重要,此研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和研究價值。 本文通過對現(xiàn)代物流、港口物流和集裝箱物流的概況研究,調(diào)查錦州港集裝箱外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部環(huán)境,通過SWOT方法進(jìn)行分析,研究錦州港集裝箱物流發(fā)展的機(jī)會、危機(jī)、優(yōu)勢和劣勢等,最后提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和措施,為錦州口岸集裝箱事業(yè)的發(fā)展獻(xiàn)計獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern logistics, container logistics has become an important field of modern logistics development. In recent years, with the strengthening of regional economy to the port, and in 2003, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the strategic decision of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base, which provides a great opportunity for the rapid development of Liaoning coastal port container transportation. At the same time, with the promotion of economic globalization and information technology, the modern logistics industry has expanded from providing traditional services to comprehensive logistics services supported by modern science and technology and information technology. The container logistics system of Jinzhou Port has the unique resource advantage of developing port logistics service, but also faces severe challenges. How to adapt to the development trend of modern port logistics, to deal with opportunities and challenges, and to explore the development ideas of container business. It has become an important problem to be solved in Jinzhou Port at present. The choice of developing port logistics service, especially container logistics service, is the inevitable choice of Jinzhou port under the increasingly fierce competition, so it is very important to seek the development strategy of Jinzhou port container logistics. This research has certain realistic significance and research value. Based on the research of modern logistics, port logistics and container logistics, this paper investigates the external and internal environment of container in Jinzhou Port, and analyzes the opportunities and crises of container logistics development in Jinzhou Port by SWOT method. Finally, the development strategy and measures are put forward to provide suggestions for the development of Jinzhou port container industry.
