【摘要】:集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸作為國(guó)際貿(mào)易的主要運(yùn)輸方式由來(lái)已久。2008年以來(lái)的金融危機(jī),一直制約著航運(yùn)業(yè)的復(fù)蘇。隨著集裝箱船舶的大型化,集裝箱班輪公司的兼并合營(yíng),使得各航運(yùn)公司為了可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)并更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,紛紛進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略回顧,制定和優(yōu)化公司的戰(zhàn)略方針。 U航運(yùn)公司是一家具有36年歷史的老牌中東集裝箱班輪公司。但是由于金融危機(jī)的影響,總公司自2008年到2011年內(nèi)有3年出現(xiàn)凈虧損。2009年成立的U航運(yùn)公司上海分公司面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),也頻頻出現(xiàn)人員流動(dòng)率居高不下,團(tuán)隊(duì)合作性差,業(yè)務(wù)流程缺乏科學(xué)性,以及客戶總體滿意度較低等問(wèn)題。本文希望通過(guò)結(jié)合U航運(yùn)公司的中期戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃,制定和實(shí)行適合上海分公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃來(lái)解決上海分公司目前所面臨的種種問(wèn)題。 本文采用案例研究的方法以及理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理理論,運(yùn)用PEST分析法、五力模型及SWOT分析方法,定量和定性分析上海分公司內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的不足之處,制定上海分公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為上海分公司提出合適的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略路線,并且通過(guò)實(shí)施方案解決以上問(wèn)題,從而提高中型規(guī)模航運(yùn)公司的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Container liner shipping as the main mode of international trade has a long history. The financial crisis since 2008 has been restricting the recovery of shipping industry. With the large scale of container ships and the merger and joint venture of container liner companies, the shipping companies have carried out strategic review and formulated and optimized the strategic policy for sustainable operation and more competitive power. U Shipping Company is a 36-year-old Middle East container liner company. However, due to the impact of the financial crisis, the head office suffered a net loss in three years from 2008 to 2011. The Shanghai Branch of U Shipping Company, established in 2009, faced with fierce market competition, also frequently appeared high turnover rate and poor team cooperation. Lack of scientific business process, and customer overall satisfaction is low and other issues. This paper hopes to solve the problems faced by Shanghai Branch by making and carrying out the strategic development plan suitable for Shanghai Branch by combining with the medium-term strategic development plan of U Shipping Company. This paper adopts the method of case study and the combination of theory and practice, combined with the theory of strategic management, using PEST analysis method, five forces model and SWOT analysis method, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the inherent advantages and shortcomings of Shanghai Branch. To formulate the development strategy of Shanghai Branch, to put forward a suitable strategic route of sustainable and healthy development for Shanghai Branch, and to solve the above problems through implementing the plan, thus to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of medium-sized shipping companies.
