【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和國際貿(mào)易的繁榮,港口企業(yè)作為國際貿(mào)易橋梁得到了快速的發(fā)展。但是中國的港口的具體情況是不一樣的,規(guī)模有大小之分,實力有強弱之別,不同層次、不同類型的港口的經(jīng)營目標(biāo)和市場定位是不同的,即使同是從事物流服務(wù)的企業(yè),服務(wù)的側(cè)重點也是不盡相同的。因此港口發(fā)展物流中心不能盲目,而是應(yīng)該根據(jù)港口發(fā)展的實際情況去尋求一種符合港口自身情況的港口物流中心發(fā)展策略,做好自身的情況的分析,合理的定位才能有個良好的發(fā)展。 本文一共分為6章。第一章主要闡述論文的研究背景和選題的意義,對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于港口物流中心模式的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析、對文章的思路與主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了簡要的概述；第二章介紹龍口港的現(xiàn)狀以及對非貿(mào)易物流的現(xiàn)狀,合理的分析港口的實際情況,合理進(jìn)行港口定位；第三章根據(jù)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于港口物流中心研究的理論基礎(chǔ),認(rèn)真的剖析港口物流中心發(fā)展模式,對幾種發(fā)展模式的優(yōu)勢劣勢進(jìn)行比較分析,研究這幾種模式適用的具體條件,為龍口港模式的選擇做好理論分析；第四章提出了港口物流中心發(fā)展模式選擇考慮的因素,并用層次分析法選取適合龍口港的模式,第五章對模式的選擇提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議；最后一章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and the prosperity of international trade, port enterprises have developed rapidly as a bridge of international trade. However, the specific conditions of China's ports are different, with different sizes, different strength, different levels, different types of ports, and different market positioning, even if they are the same enterprises engaged in logistics services. The focus of the service is also different. Therefore, port development logistics center should not be blind, but should be based on the actual situation of port development to seek a port logistics center development strategy that conforms to the port's own situation, and make a good analysis of its own situation. A reasonable position can have a good development. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the research background and the significance of the topic, analyzes the current situation of the port logistics center model at home and abroad in detail, and gives a brief summary of the ideas and main contents of the article. The second chapter introduces the status quo of Longkou Port and the current situation of non-trade logistics, reasonably analyzes the actual situation of the port, reasonably carries out the port positioning; the third chapter is based on the theoretical basis of the research on port logistics center at home and abroad. The development mode of port logistics center is analyzed carefully, the advantages and disadvantages of several development modes are compared and analyzed, the specific conditions of these models are studied, and the theoretical analysis is made for the choice of Longkou port mode. The fourth chapter puts forward the factors which should be considered in the development mode of port logistics center, and selects the suitable model for Longkou port by AHP. Chapter five puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the choice of the mode; the last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
