深圳市MD汽車出租公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:深圳市出租小汽車作為城市公共交通體系的重要組成部分,在資源配置、運(yùn)價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營資質(zhì)、市場(chǎng)規(guī)范以及服務(wù)質(zhì)量等方面,必須接受政府的宏觀調(diào)控和監(jiān)管。隨著深圳市出租小汽車行業(yè)2005年落實(shí)中央81號(hào)文以來,深圳市交通運(yùn)輸委員會(huì)也加強(qiáng)對(duì)出租車行業(yè)的各方面管理。深圳市出租車行業(yè)以2005年為分水嶺,2005年以前司機(jī)及出租車企業(yè)都收入高、利潤高,2005年以后收入利潤都逐年降低。面對(duì)這種情況,如何通過加強(qiáng)管理,提升服務(wù)意識(shí),給予司機(jī)以歸宿感,更好的服務(wù)于市民,同時(shí)產(chǎn)生利潤成為深圳市出租車行業(yè)普遍面臨的問題,急需研究的內(nèi)容。 本論文通過對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理方面大量的文獻(xiàn)資料的理論研究,并結(jié)合被調(diào)查單位的具體情況,研究分析該公司在戰(zhàn)略管理的制定與實(shí)施方面需要做哪些內(nèi)容,各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)層面應(yīng)采用哪些具體措施。在出租車行業(yè)利潤降低,同時(shí)深圳市交通運(yùn)輸委方面管理要求日漸加強(qiáng)精細(xì),司機(jī)隊(duì)伍龐大,外來人口眾多,如何在這種嚴(yán)峻的經(jīng)營形式下,創(chuàng)造出自己的品牌,并且在行業(yè)內(nèi)保持自身的排名,力爭(zhēng)成為行業(yè)內(nèi)的標(biāo)桿企業(yè),尋求出合適的先進(jìn)管理理念,將戰(zhàn)略管理實(shí)施有力,在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得勝利。 本論文在研究過程中,采用類比、歸納、演繹、綜合分析法,對(duì)所收集資料進(jìn)行邏輯分析,以此了解我國出租車行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和深圳市出租車行業(yè)的發(fā)展和管理特點(diǎn),對(duì)深圳市MD汽車出租公司的戰(zhàn)略管理形成明確的思路和分析。 本論文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為指導(dǎo),從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的角度出發(fā),重點(diǎn)解決深圳市MD汽車出租公司的戰(zhàn)略管理問題。用經(jīng)濟(jì)管理戰(zhàn)略的理論分析與實(shí)際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的研究方法,以戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的波特五力,企業(yè)的生命周期,SWOT分析對(duì)MD汽車公司進(jìn)行深入分析研究,提出公司目前的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),以及存在的問題、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,并提出MD汽車公司應(yīng)該實(shí)施“鞏固優(yōu)勢(shì)、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展”的追隨戰(zhàn)略。針對(duì)“鞏固優(yōu)勢(shì)、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展”的追隨戰(zhàn)略,本論文結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況制定出公司的戰(zhàn)略思路,并分析戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)施,深入探討相應(yīng)實(shí)施的有效辦法,提出具體一些措施來保障控制戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的完成。 本論文同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)MD汽車公司應(yīng)創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)的規(guī)章制度以及考核指標(biāo)體系,用制度管人、用待遇留人,用文化感人,利用規(guī)章制度以及考核指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)行更精細(xì)化的管理,建立相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程,著重解決工作中責(zé)任不清,推卸責(zé)任的做法。同時(shí)更進(jìn)一步提升深圳市MD汽車出租公司員工的業(yè)務(wù)水平與歸屬感,將企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理實(shí)施到位,使得企業(yè)在出租車行業(yè)中健康、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,成為行業(yè)中的標(biāo)桿企業(yè)。 本文對(duì)MD汽車公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,不僅對(duì)MD汽車公司日后的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和做強(qiáng)做大的市場(chǎng)占領(lǐng)和實(shí)際的經(jīng)營管理理念都具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)也為我國出租車行業(yè)其他公司的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略開拓思路,提出建設(shè)性和指導(dǎo)性的建議和操作模式。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the urban public transport system, Shenzhen rental car must accept the macro regulation and supervision of the government in the aspects of resource allocation, price structure, management qualification, market standard and service quality. Through the theoretical study of a large number of documents in the strategic management of enterprises and the specific circumstances of the investigated units, this paper studies and analyzes what the company needs to do in the formulation and implementation of the strategic management and what specific measures should be adopted at the different level of the business. In the taxi industry, the profit is reduced, and the traffic in Shenzhen is at the same time The management requirements of the Transportation Commission are increasingly intensive, the drivers are large and the population is large, how to create their own brand under this severe form of management, and to maintain their own ranking in the industry, strive to become the benchmarking enterprises in the industry, seek out the appropriate advanced management concepts, and implement the strategic management forcefully in the city. In the course of the study, we use the analogy, induction, deduction, and comprehensive analysis to analyze the collected data logically, so as to understand the development of the taxi industry in China and the development and management characteristics of the taxi industry in Shenzhen, and form a clear idea and analysis of the strategic management of the MD Car Rental Companies in Shenzhen.
This paper, guided by strategic management theory, focuses on the strategic management of the MD Car Rental Companies in Shenzhen from the perspective of enterprise strategic management. The research method combining the theoretical analysis of economic management strategy with the practical application is based on the Potter five force in the strategic management theory, the life cycle of the enterprise, and the SWOT analysis of the MD car. The company carries out in-depth analysis and research, puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of the company, the existing problems, opportunities and threats, and puts forward that MD auto company should implement the following strategy of "consolidating advantage and steady development". It also analyzes the implementation of strategic objectives, explores effective ways to implement them, and puts forward specific measures to ensure the completion of control strategy objectives.
At the same time, this paper emphasizes that MD auto company should establish the system rules and regulations and evaluation index system, use the system to manage people, pay people with treatment, use culture, use rules and regulations and assessment index system, carry out more detailed management, establish related business processes, focus on solving the problem of unclear responsibilities and shirking responsibility. To further enhance the business level and sense of belonging of the MD Car Rental Companies staff in Shenzhen, put the strategic management of the enterprise into place, make the enterprise healthy and sustainable in the taxi industry, and become the benchmarking enterprise in the industry.
The research on the development strategy of MD automobile company not only has certain guiding significance to the future development plan of MD automobile company, the strong market occupation and the actual management idea, but also for the sustainable development strategy of other companies in the taxi industry of our country, and puts forward constructive and guiding construction.
