【摘要】：基于馬克思提出的交往理論,論證了高速鐵路全社會價值的形成根源,即憑借安全、快捷、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化等優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)的社會交往改善,并提出了"交往-生產(chǎn)"循環(huán)下高速鐵路全社會價值的作用機理。借助系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)測算出高速鐵路的運行速度從300km/h提高至350km/h可促使GDP增加近3%,將高速鐵路的開行對數(shù)增加100對可促使GDP增加2%以上。因此,適當(dāng)提高高速鐵路的運行速度、增開列數(shù)有助于充分發(fā)揮高速鐵路的全社會價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the communication theory put forward by Marx, this paper demonstrates the root cause of the formation of the whole social value of high-speed railway, that is, the improvement of social communication realized by virtue of the advantages of safety, quickness, networking, etc. The mechanism of the whole social value of high-speed railway under the cycle of communication-production is put forward. With the help of system dynamics, it is estimated that the speed of high speed railway can be increased from 300km/h to 350km/h, and the GDP can be increased by nearly 3%, and the GDP can be increased by more than 2% by increasing the operating logarithm of high speed railway by 100 pairs. Therefore, it is helpful to give full play to the whole society value of high speed railway by properly increasing the speed of operation and increasing the number of trains.
