【摘要】:本文研究的對(duì)象和行業(yè)范圍為天津臨港思多而特液化碼頭公司及其所在的液化碼頭行業(yè)。天津臨港思多而特液化碼頭公司自成立以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅猛,吞吐量、收入等主要指標(biāo)逐年攀高,為臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)入?yún)^(qū)企業(yè)如天津大沽化工廠等企業(yè)提供了源源不斷的貨源來(lái)往支持和保障,同時(shí)也為這些客戶的液化品內(nèi)外貿(mào)提供接卸服務(wù)和有力支持。 根據(jù)天津臨港思多而特液化碼頭公司目前的實(shí)際情況和行業(yè)的獨(dú)特性,本文采用著名的SWOT分析法,全面地分析了天津臨港思多而特液化碼頭公司在其經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展上的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),機(jī)會(huì)和威脅四個(gè)方面的因素。通過(guò)運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,對(duì)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提出建議,,并探討該公司如何利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì),結(jié)合臨港液化碼頭行業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),走出一條能確保企業(yè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)先,效益穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展道路。 基于自身的內(nèi)外部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)情況和實(shí)際,并采用SWOT分析法,通過(guò)比較分析,天津臨港思多而特液化碼頭公司在臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)目前在幾個(gè)方面具有主要優(yōu)勢(shì),而同時(shí)也存在著劣于對(duì)手的方面。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)公司的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)分析,能更清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到公司的不足,從而建議公司管理層將公司的中期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定為:在做好安全管理的前提下,扎實(shí)做好服務(wù)工作,穩(wěn)定大客戶,開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶,不斷完善各項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)工作,繼續(xù)確保在臨港地區(qū)保持行業(yè)龍頭地位,力爭(zhēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)在未來(lái)3-5年內(nèi)把公司的吞吐量提升到400萬(wàn)噸/年的目標(biāo),力爭(zhēng)公司利潤(rùn)率保持在稅前40%。 為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),公司根據(jù)相關(guān)理論及公司及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況,采取機(jī)會(huì)——優(yōu)勢(shì)(SO)戰(zhàn)略、劣勢(shì)——機(jī)會(huì)(WO)戰(zhàn)略、優(yōu)勢(shì)——威脅(ST)戰(zhàn)略、劣勢(shì)——威脅(WT)戰(zhàn)略四大戰(zhàn)略,每一個(gè)大戰(zhàn)略方向又輔以相應(yīng)具體的子戰(zhàn)略。在抓好安全管理的前提下,立足臨港地區(qū),不斷改進(jìn)工作不足之處,以優(yōu)質(zhì)的差異化服務(wù),穩(wěn)定公司既有大客戶,不斷開(kāi)拓新的市場(chǎng),確保領(lǐng)先競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過(guò)深化公司安全管理及相關(guān)激勵(lì)措施和處罰措施,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),保障中外股東雙方穩(wěn)定的投資回報(bào)。
[Abstract]:The object and industry scope of this paper is Tianjin Lingang Special liquefaction Wharf Company and its liquefaction wharf industry. Since its establishment, Tianjin Lingang Sidorite Liquefaction Wharf Company has witnessed rapid economic development, throughput, revenue, and other major indicators have increased year by year. It provides continuous supply support and guarantee for the enterprises entering the port economic zone such as Tianjin Dagu Chemical Plant, and also provides unloading service and strong support for the domestic and foreign trade of the liquefaction products of these customers. According to the actual situation of Tianjin Lingang Special liquefaction Wharf Company and the uniqueness of the industry, this paper adopts the famous SWOT analysis method. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Tianjin Lingang Special Liquefaction Wharf Company in its business development are analyzed. By using SWOT analysis method, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the formulation of the company's development strategy, and probes into how the company can make use of its own advantages and combine with the development situation of the industry near port liquefaction wharf, and go out of a way to ensure that the enterprise is leading the industry. A stable economic development path. Based on the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of its own situation and reality, and by using SWOT analysis, through comparative analysis, Tianjin Lingang Sidorite liquefied Wharf Company has main advantages in several aspects of the port economic zone at present. At the same time, there are also inferior to the opponent. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the company, it is suggested that the management of the company should adopt the medium-term development strategy of the company as: on the premise of doing a good job of safety management, it can do a good job of service and stabilize the major customers. Develop new customers, constantly improve the basic work, continue to ensure that in the port area to maintain the leading position in the industry, strive to achieve the next 3-5 years to increase the company's throughput to 4 million tons / year, and strive to maintain the company's profit margin before tax 40%. In order to achieve this strategic goal, the company adopts four strategies according to relevant theories, company and competition situation: opportunity-advantage strategy, inferiority-opportunity strategy, advantage-threat strategy, inferior-threat strategy, and inferior-threat strategy. Each big strategic direction is supplemented by corresponding specific sub-strategies. On the premise of safety management, we should base ourselves on the port area, improve the work shortage, and provide excellent differentiated service to stabilize the company's existing large customers, open up new markets and ensure the leading competitive advantage. Through deepening the company's safety management and related incentive measures and punishment measures, the strategic goal of the company can be better realized, and the stable return on investment of both Chinese and foreign shareholders can be guaranteed.
