【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展已經(jīng)進入了一個新的階段,各沿海省市都提出發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。浙江省位于中國東部沿海,擁有寧波—舟山港等國際化大港口,地理位置優(yōu)越、海洋資源豐富,浙江省已經(jīng)將海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展列為“十二五”規(guī)劃的重點和亮點。海洋運輸業(yè)是海洋經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,發(fā)展海洋運輸業(yè)對海洋經(jīng)濟增長起著不容忽視的作用。制定發(fā)展海洋運輸業(yè)的合理政策,可以達到促進海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的目的。因此,正確估計浙江省海洋運輸業(yè)在海洋經(jīng)濟增長過程中起到的作用與貢獻顯得異常重要。本文將以浙江省海域為例,針對海洋運輸業(yè)對海洋經(jīng)濟的貢獻,進行定量與定性分析,具有非常重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了海洋經(jīng)濟與海洋運輸業(yè)的相關(guān)研究、國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為全文的研究奠定良好的理論基礎(chǔ);然后詳細地介紹浙江省海洋經(jīng)濟與海洋運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,簡單地介紹兩者之間的相互依存關(guān)系;緊接著介紹能夠?qū)Ｑ筮\輸業(yè)貢獻率進行定量分析的三種數(shù)學(xué)模型:相關(guān)分析模型、生產(chǎn)函數(shù)與索洛余值模型、回歸分析模型;最后查閱2003 2009年《中國海洋信息年鑒》,計算浙江省海洋運輸業(yè)與海洋經(jīng)濟之間的相關(guān)性、海洋運輸業(yè)對海洋經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率,并據(jù)此提出發(fā)展浙江省海洋運輸業(yè)、促進浙江省海洋經(jīng)濟的意見與建議。 本文的主要工作和成果如下: 1、本文調(diào)查研究了許多文獻,查閱了海洋經(jīng)濟、海洋運輸業(yè)、索洛生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型的相關(guān)理論與國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)況;分析浙江省海洋經(jīng)濟與海洋運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、呈現(xiàn)的勢態(tài)與主要特點。 2、建立多元統(tǒng)計分析中的相關(guān)分析模型。查找歷年海洋運輸業(yè)與海洋經(jīng)濟的數(shù)據(jù),運用Person相關(guān)與偏相關(guān)分析模型,分析海洋經(jīng)濟與海洋運輸業(yè)之間的相互依存性;建立經(jīng)濟增長理論中的生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型與索洛余值法模型,將海洋運輸業(yè)類比于生產(chǎn)函數(shù)中的科學(xué)技術(shù)進步因素,推導(dǎo)海洋運輸業(yè)對于海洋經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率計算函數(shù)。 3、以浙江省海域數(shù)據(jù)進行實例分析,通過模型驗證模型的正確性,以數(shù)據(jù)說明浙江省海洋運輸業(yè)對海洋經(jīng)濟的影響。最后,對全文進行總結(jié),分析浙江省在發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟中存在的不足,提出發(fā)展海洋運輸業(yè)、促進海洋經(jīng)濟增長的意見與建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's marine economic development has entered a new stage, the coastal provinces and cities have put forward a strategic concept for the development of marine economy.Zhejiang Province is located on the east coast of China and has international ports such as Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. It has a superior geographical location and abundant marine resources. Zhejiang Province has listed the marine economic development as the focus and bright spot of the 12th Five-Year Plan.The marine transportation industry is an important part of the marine economy, and the development of the marine transportation industry plays an important role in the growth of the marine economy.The purpose of promoting the development of marine economy can be achieved by formulating reasonable policies for the development of marine transportation industry.Therefore, it is very important to correctly estimate the role and contribution of the marine transportation industry in the process of marine economic growth in Zhejiang Province.This paper will take the sea area of Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze quantitatively and qualitatively the contribution of marine transportation to marine economy, which is of great significance.This paper first introduces the related research of marine economy and marine transportation industry, the development situation at home and abroad, which lays a good theoretical foundation for the full text, and then introduces the development status of marine economy and marine transportation industry in Zhejiang Province in detail.Then it introduces three kinds of mathematical models which can be used to quantitatively analyze the contribution rate of marine transportation: correlation analysis model, production function and Solow residual value model, regression analysis model.Finally, we refer to the "China Ocean Information Yearbook", 2003 and 2009, and calculate the correlation between the marine transportation industry and the marine economy in Zhejiang Province, and the contribution rate of the marine transportation industry to the growth of the marine economy, and propose the development of the marine transportation industry in Zhejiang Province.Suggestions and suggestions for promoting the marine economy in Zhejiang Province.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1. This paper has investigated many literatures, consulted the relevant theories of marine economy, marine transportation, Solow production function model and analyzed the development of marine economy and marine transportation industry in Zhejiang Province.The present situation and main features.2. Establish the correlation analysis model in multivariate statistical analysis.Looking up the data of marine transportation and marine economy over the years, using Person correlation and partial correlation analysis model to analyze the interdependence between marine economy and marine transportation;The production function model in economic growth theory and the Solow residual value method model are established. The marine transportation industry is compared to the scientific and technological progress factor in the production function, and the contribution rate calculation function of ocean transportation to marine economic growth is deduced.3. Taking the sea area data of Zhejiang Province as an example, the validity of the model is verified, and the influence of the marine transportation industry on the marine economy in Zhejiang Province is illustrated by the data.Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, analyzes the deficiencies in the development of marine economy in Zhejiang Province, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the development of marine transportation industry and the promotion of marine economic growth.
