基于博弈分析的道路運輸企業(yè)節(jié)能減排發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:《交通運輸“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》提出節(jié)能減排應(yīng)成為我國交通運輸行業(yè)的發(fā)展重點。而道路運輸行業(yè)是我國五大運輸方式中最大的耗油行業(yè),,也是尾氣排放最多的行業(yè)之一,因此推進(jìn)道路運輸節(jié)能減排對整個交通運輸行業(yè)和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)都具有重要的意義。道路運輸行業(yè)的節(jié)能減排主要是通過道路運輸企業(yè)的管理和控制來提高營運車輛的燃料使用率、降低燃料的消耗和減少機(jī)動車尾氣排放來實現(xiàn)的。所以,本文以道路運輸企業(yè)為研究對象,運用博弈分析方法對影響道路運輸企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的內(nèi)外部影響因素進(jìn)行研究,并針對各個影響因素提出道路運輸企業(yè)的節(jié)能減排發(fā)展策略。 首先,文章在對博弈理論及其在交通和企業(yè)節(jié)能減排領(lǐng)域當(dāng)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行概述的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了博弈論運用到道路運輸企業(yè)節(jié)能減排中的可行性,并對我國道路運輸企業(yè)節(jié)能減排利益相關(guān)主體進(jìn)行了了分析,得到博弈分析框架;其次,根據(jù)服務(wù)利潤鏈理論確定了駕駛員為道路運輸企業(yè)內(nèi)部節(jié)能減排利益相關(guān)者,以節(jié)能減排為目標(biāo)對道路運輸企業(yè)和駕駛員之間進(jìn)行博弈分析,并進(jìn)行求解,得到了駕駛員對企業(yè)的節(jié)能減排戰(zhàn)略合作與否的主要影響因素;再次,分別以政府、其它道路運輸企業(yè)和消費者為企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的外部利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行了節(jié)能減排博弈分析,通過模型求解確定了影響道路運輸企業(yè)采取節(jié)能減排措施的外部影響因素;最后,分別針對道路運輸企業(yè)與駕駛員、政府、其他運輸企業(yè)以及消費者之間博弈的結(jié)果提出道路運輸企業(yè)節(jié)能減排發(fā)展策略。 本研究將進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)我國道路運輸企業(yè)的節(jié)能減排管理,使得運輸組織和運輸企業(yè)的管理人員對運輸企業(yè)的節(jié)能減排管理有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識,提高企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的積極性。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan of Transportation puts forward that energy saving and emission reduction should become the key point of the development of transportation industry in China.The road transport industry is the largest fuel consumption industry among the five major modes of transport in China, and it is also one of the industries with the most exhaust emissions. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote energy saving and emission reduction in road transport for the whole transportation industry and the national economy.The energy saving and emission reduction of road transportation industry is mainly realized by the management and control of road transport enterprises to improve the fuel utilization rate of operating vehicles, reduce fuel consumption and reduce vehicle exhaust emissions.Therefore, this paper takes the road transport enterprises as the research object, uses the game analysis method to study the internal and external influence factors of the road transport enterprises' energy saving and emission reduction.The development strategies of energy saving and emission reduction for road transport enterprises are also put forward.First of all, on the basis of summarizing the game theory and its application in the field of transportation and enterprise energy saving and emission reduction, the paper discusses the feasibility of applying game theory to road transportation enterprises energy saving and emission reduction.The main body of energy-saving and emission reduction of road transport enterprises in China is analyzed, and the game analysis framework is obtained. Secondly, according to the theory of service profit chain, the driver is identified as the stakeholders of energy saving and emission reduction in road transport enterprises.Taking energy conservation and emission reduction as the goal, the game analysis between road transport enterprises and drivers is carried out, and the main factors influencing the cooperation between drivers and enterprises in energy saving and emission reduction strategy are obtained. Thirdly, respectively, the government,Other road transport enterprises and consumers for the enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction external stakeholders to conduct energy conservation and emission reduction game analysis, through the model solution to determine the impact of road transport enterprises to take energy-saving measures; finally,According to the results of game between road transport enterprises and drivers, governments, other transport enterprises and consumers, the development strategies of energy saving and emission reduction of road transport enterprises are put forward.This study will further promote the management of energy saving and emission reduction in road transport enterprises in China, make transport organizations and managers of transport enterprises have a further understanding of the management of energy saving and emission reduction of transport enterprises, and improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions.
