陸路交通對(duì)新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的浪潮中,交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)為全社會(huì)提供運(yùn)輸服務(wù),處于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)地位,是社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的重要組成部分,處于社會(huì)生產(chǎn)的上游,又在流通領(lǐng)域中活動(dòng),除了直接創(chuàng)造價(jià)值外,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)還產(chǎn)生很強(qiáng)的帶動(dòng)效應(yīng),間接的貢獻(xiàn)率更大。由于新疆所處的地理位置,加之區(qū)內(nèi)地域遼闊,,新疆與區(qū)外的聯(lián)系及區(qū)內(nèi)各地州市之間的聯(lián)系距離都很長(zhǎng)。與內(nèi)地特別是沿海省區(qū)相比,這是新疆交通運(yùn)輸?shù)淖畲筇攸c(diǎn)。改革開放以來,新疆的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了翻天覆地的變化,新疆交通運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)也已基本形成。但由于新疆的特殊地理環(huán)境,交通運(yùn)輸一直是新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“瓶頸”,因此在今后的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中仍需要不斷提升和完善。在新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)跨越式發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后是制約經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素之一。因此,加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)是推進(jìn)新疆新型工業(yè)化、農(nóng)牧業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的迫切需要。 如何處理好交通運(yùn)輸與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,使交通運(yùn)輸與經(jīng)濟(jì)能夠協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展已成為關(guān)系全局的大事,因此,對(duì)新疆交通運(yùn)輸與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究具有重要的意義。 由于新疆的地理地貌,在新疆交通運(yùn)輸體系中,鐵路和公路占據(jù)著主導(dǎo)位置。因此,本文主要從新疆陸路交通這個(gè)角度出發(fā),研究新疆陸路交通與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)。本文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一章導(dǎo)論。主要介紹論文的選題背景,提出了研究的意義,確定研究目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容,闡明研究思路與方法;第二章陸路交通與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。首先是介紹區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)陸路交通發(fā)展的影響,其次是陸路交通運(yùn)輸對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響分析,再次是交通發(fā)展的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示;第三章新疆陸路交通與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)證分析;第四章是陸路交通發(fā)展的典型案例分析;第五章基于前文的分析,提出關(guān)于陸路交通運(yùn)輸促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策與展望。
[Abstract]:In the wave of economic reform in China, the transportation industry provides transportation services for the whole society, is in the basic position of the national economy, is an important part of the social productive forces, is in the upstream of social production, and is also active in the field of circulation.Besides directly creating value, it has a strong driving effect on the national economy, and the indirect contribution rate is greater.Due to the geographical location of Xinjiang and the vast area, the relationship between Xinjiang and other regions and the distance between cities and cities in the region are very long.Compared with inland, especially coastal provinces, this is the biggest characteristic of transportation in Xinjiang.Since the reform and opening up, Xinjiang's economic construction has made earth-shaking changes, and Xinjiang's transportation network has basically formed.However, because of the special geographical environment of Xinjiang, transportation has always been the bottleneck of Xinjiang's economic development, so it is still necessary to improve and improve the economic construction in the future.In the process of economic and social leapfrogging development in Xinjiang, the lag of infrastructure construction is one of the important factors restricting economic development.Therefore, speeding up the construction of infrastructure is the urgent need to promote Xinjiang's new industrialization, agriculture and animal husbandry modernization and new urbanization process.How to deal with the relationship between transportation and economic development, so that transportation and economy can be coordinated, sustainable development has become a matter of great concern to the overall situation, therefore, the study of transportation and regional economic development in Xinjiang has an important significance.Because of the geography and geomorphology of Xinjiang, railway and highway occupy the dominant position in the transportation system of Xinjiang.Therefore, from the angle of Xinjiang land transportation, this paper studies the internal relationship between Xinjiang land traffic and regional economic development.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is an introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background of the thesis, puts forward the significance of the research, determines the research objectives and contents, and clarifies the research ideas and methods. Chapter two is the internal relationship between land transportation and regional economic development.First, it introduces the impact of regional economic development on land transportation development, secondly, analyzes the impact of land transportation on regional economic development, and then introduces the international experience and inspiration of transportation development.The third chapter is the empirical analysis of Xinjiang land transportation and economic development; the fourth chapter is the typical case analysis of land transportation development; the fifth chapter is based on the previous analysis, put forward the strategic countermeasures and prospects of land transport to promote economic development.
