考慮集裝箱流恢復(fù)的班輪運(yùn)輸船期恢復(fù)模型

【摘要】:為降低干擾事件對(duì)班輪運(yùn)輸服務(wù)的不良影響,本文研究了班輪運(yùn)輸中的船期干擾恢復(fù)問題.涉及4種船期恢復(fù)策略:調(diào)整航速、縮短在港時(shí)間、交換港口掛靠順序和取消港口掛靠.當(dāng)采取"取消港口掛靠"策略時(shí),考慮集裝箱流恢復(fù)問題,建立了船期恢復(fù)問題的混合整數(shù)非線性規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用LINGO軟件和遺傳算法分別對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解.利用來自中遠(yuǎn)集裝箱公司的實(shí)際案例,對(duì)模型和求解方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明,所提模型和求解方法是正確有效的,能夠?yàn)榘噍喒咎峁┛茖W(xué)的干擾管理決策支持.
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the adverse effects of interference events on liner transportation service, this paper studies the recovery of ship schedule interference in liner transportation.Four kinds of ship recovery strategies are involved: adjusting the speed, shortening the time in port, exchanging port link sequence and canceling port link.Considering the problem of container flow recovery, the mixed integer nonlinear programming mathematical model of ship recovery problem is established when the strategy of "canceling port link" is adopted, and the model is solved by LINGO software and genetic algorithm respectively.The model and solution method are verified by an actual case from COSCO Container Company. The results show that the proposed model and solution method are correct and effective and can provide scientific decision support for interference management for liner companies.
