【摘要】：當(dāng)前，我國城市公共交通發(fā)展正處于關(guān)鍵歷史時(shí)期，既面臨著難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，也面臨著許多新的需求和壓力。天津市公共交通系統(tǒng)正處于這一階段。如何滿足新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新要求和人民群眾日益增長的出行需求，是天津市公共交通發(fā)展面臨的意向緊迫任務(wù)。本文旨在通過對天津市公共交通現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，創(chuàng)造性的提出天津市公共交通系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展策略。 針對天津市公共交通存在的問題，運(yùn)用理論分析，文獻(xiàn)研究等方法對天津市公共交通的核心問題進(jìn)行研究，首先概括論述城市公共交通系統(tǒng)的作用以及分類；然后介紹國內(nèi)外發(fā)展公共交通先進(jìn)城市的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法，并進(jìn)行可借鑒性分析；接著對天津市公共交通系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析，得出目前天津市發(fā)展公共交通的優(yōu)勢、存在的種種問題以及面對的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)；最后在此研究的基礎(chǔ)上，提出天津市公共交通系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展對策。 本文的重點(diǎn)是如何解決目前天津市公共交通存在的種種問題，例如公交線網(wǎng)不合理，，軌道交通發(fā)展緩慢，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不足、運(yùn)營成本高等。通過研究大量文獻(xiàn)資料以及親身體會(huì)思考，提出天津市公交客車、軌道交通、公共自行車系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展策略，從而有效解決目前天津市公共交通發(fā)展過程中存在的一些問題，改善居民出行質(zhì)量，滿足居民出行需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of urban public transport in our country is in a critical historical period, which is faced with both rare opportunities for development and many new demands and pressures.Tianjin public transport system is in this stage.How to meet the new requirements of economic and social development and the increasing travel demand of the people in the new period is an urgent task facing the development of public transportation in Tianjin.The purpose of this paper is to creatively put forward the development strategy of Tianjin public transportation system by analyzing the present situation of Tianjin public transportation.In view of the problems existing in Tianjin public transportation, this paper studies the core problems of Tianjin public transportation by means of theoretical analysis and literature research. Firstly, it summarizes the function and classification of urban public transport system.Then it introduces the experiences and methods of developing advanced cities of public transportation at home and abroad, and analyzes the development of Tianjin's public transportation system by SWOT, and concludes the advantages of Tianjin's development of public transportation at present.Finally, on the basis of this research, the development countermeasures of Tianjin public transportation system are put forward.The focus of this paper is how to solve the problems existing in Tianjin public transportation, such as unreasonable bus network, slow development of rail transit, inadequate infrastructure, high operating costs and so on.Through studying a lot of documents and thinking personally, this paper puts forward the development strategy of Tianjin bus, rail transit and public bicycle system, so as to effectively solve some problems existing in the development of Tianjin public transportation.Improve the travel quality of residents to meet the travel needs of residents.
